I went thru the drive-thru this evening, and they didn’t give me my fries. I always check my order, but, of course, I didn’t this time. When I got home, I attempted to call. Nobody answered the phone and they have no answering machine. That’s a terrible way to do business. I want my money back.

I ordered Arby’s for the first time in over a decade and am happy I did! I placed my order online for pickup and found great deals at the Bristow location. The food was ready quickly, packaged well, and hot/delicious.

Update 4/1/2025: Last 3 visits have been 100% better, putting 4 stars on the review now. Management has definitely made some changes in the staff, which was the best thing they could do.
Been here 6 times in the past month testing the staff as I assumed my 1st and 2nd visit mishaps were a simple mistake. However, they have missed items every single time except once. Management needs to get ahold of their awful staff, I hope they will reach out regarding this. Over $50 was fraudulently charged in total regarding my visits, which has occurred 5/6 times; this is a major red flag, avoid this location!

Staff wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude. Fries were cold, sandwich cold too, and it was a chicken sandwich which is supposed to be warm. Arby’s is a good fast food chain, hopefully they get it together…this just wasn’t impressive tonight and I don’t have high standards.
