Horrible location, do not go here. Their soda machine had coke and that was about it. Prices were way to expensive for what you received. They put a limit on how long you can occupy a table, probably because of loitering or homeless, but didn’t feel welcomed at all.

Be careful. They try to steal credit cards here in the drive thru. I had an Amex platinum. One of the stainless steel cards and I’ve had problems before where people try to steal them. I paid and waited on my card . I asked the woman at the drive-thru if she gave my card back . She said “yes I handed it right back to you” . I looked around and decided that I was not going to leave until I found the card. Eventually she hands it to me . Oops it was right here (in front of her). it appearw that she was trying to steal the card. Be very careful at this location. use only cards with small balances.

The food is better but the service through the drive through can take 10-20 minutes. If your lucky…not worth the wait.

Been in here 15 mins waiting on a delivery order. It’s only 2 workers here and that’s bad for business when it’s busy in the mornings and unfair to the employees. As a ubereats driver I’m timed based on my delivery and this ruins my average for orders

I got 2 Impossible Whoppers on my way to the airport. They were burnt. I called. When I came back the on duty manager Jasmine declined to replace them. Tried to call the general manager who did not answer the phone. She did not have the corporate nor franchise phone number. Total lack of service.

BK on French Ave, Sanford is, hands down, a 5 star***** top notch operation. From the top (Gen. Mgr. Miss Jennifer) to the rest of the crew, day and night, all are friendly and welcoming. You Rule! Worst BK I’ve gone to. Expo lady on April 27, 9:25am got frustrated at me for not understanding my order on the second repeat and made me wait. They were out of most of the things on the menu. I ordered an iced coffee with mocha, when I received it I told the guy (blonde) that it didn’t taste the way it was supposed to. He was nice enough to take it back and came back to say they were out of mocha which I thought why couldn’t the lady just say that. She was rude and dismissive however the blonde young guy was really nice.
