Pulled up to the drive thru and ruptured my ear drum with the loud as crap speaker. Lady on the speaker was sharp and abrupt. Like a “hurry up, I ain’t got all day” temperament. Pull up to the window and the coffee was ready already… cold…. she handed us the bag and said have a nice day and went to close the window. I asked her if I could get my receipt. She then gave it to me. I asked her if I had to add the points manually and she stated she didn’t know about all that. Very rushed. Kinda a damper to the start of our morning.

The food was hot and fresh. The service was a little slow, due to staffing shortages, but the manager immediately began calling workers in. The location was clean and well kept. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. We had a great experience overall.

So I went through the drive though last night and ordered 3 kids meals. First of all the girl tried to hand me 3 drinks individually. Umm can I have a cup holder? Then they give me 3 bags close the window. I have to wait to ask for bbq and sweet and sour and they only gave me sweet and sour. I’m already annoyed so I get home. One of the kids meals has no toy, no fries just the burger thats it! Then my son ordered a coke and it’s Dr. Pepper. I was honestly to annoyed to bother calling and I think they dont give the receipt so you can’t contact corporate! Sad part was everything that we did get was hot and tasted good.

I usually go through the drive thru of this location and have no problems, but tonight I got my food and it looks like someone has spit on the bag, now it might not be spit but it certainly looks to close to it, so unfortunately I will not be back to this location

I use the app to place my order, drive to the drive thru speaker and say online order and they have it ready at the window. I go during my lunch hour because it is quick and easy, and using the crowns I collect, I can often get items for free.

Ordered food in the drive thru, after receiving it went to eat in the parking lot and the burger was cold so I went inside and ordered the same thing and received another COLD BURGER. I didn’t even leave the parking lot so it wasn’t because it took so long before opening it

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the experience I had at this Burger King genuinely deserves to be recognized. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an atmosphere that was clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work but one team member in particular stood out: Kel.
Kel is the kind of employee every business dreams of having. Not only was he professional and attentive, but he went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. His kindness felt sincere, his attention to detail was remarkable, and his customer service skills are truly top tier. It’s rare to encounter someone who cares this much about what they do and it shows in every interaction.
