When we came into the restaurant on Tuesday March 3, at 945am the young black man had his body turned away from the counter and playing on his phone. I ordered a cheeseburger and a whopper jr. Both sandwiches when I lifted the bun looked like the images below. I hadn’t eaten any of either yet. The pictures are how the burgers were given to me. Half of the burger was missing on both of them. It literally looked like someone took bites out of the whopper jr before giving it to me. I’m hoping that the meat was just torn in half, but I don’t know why it would be considered acceptable to give someone burgers with half the patties torn off already. Very disappointed in this quality.

Paid cash this morning for my food. They said they didn’t have the change. I thought they were talking about the 2 cents. No they were going to charge me 50 cent more because they didn’t have any change. I would advise them to just put a sign out that says cards only instead of trying to rip customers off.

i don’t ever leave reviews but this was the worst experience of my life at any restaurant. i got my food pretty fast but it was super cold and inedible. not only that, the man working the second window was asking me personal explicit questions that as a woman made me so uncomfortable. don’t ever go here.

I NEVER leave bad reviews, but I wonder if this branch has any management? We went around 7-7:20pm on 10/23/2025. First of all we spent at least 30 minutes in the drive-through with only two cars in front of us.
I ordered a simple kids meal cheeseburger with ketchup ONLY w an apple juice. We also ordered a medium sweet tea and unsweet tea.
When we pulled around to the window, they tried to hand us what they said was two sweet teas. When I tried to tell them, we ordered one unsweet tea, they informed us that they did not have unsweet tea. ❓ So we told them it was fine and they handed us our kids meal after about 10 more minutes. I specifically asked the guy, “it’s ketchup only right?” he looked straight at me and said yes. As I drove around the restaurant, I checked it and realized it had mustard and pickles on it. He had lied to my face!
So I took it inside and asked them to correct it. They did. When I went back to the car, I took a swig of my sweet tea only to realize it was not actually sweet tea. One was a rather large apple juice and one tasted like it was lemonade mixed with something else.
What are they doing here? Where is the management?
We basically lost at least seven dollars out of a $12 order over the drinks alone. They did not put a kids apple juice with my happy meal. They did not add a toy to it. I was so annoyed- I made it my purpose to leave this review. It doesn’t deserve a star and all of those employees should be fired, we were obviously not the only ones affected.

Long wait with nobody in line. I had to say “hello?” in the drive through to even get helped after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to greet me (No other cars there). The coffee was luke warm and old, the hash browns were completely crunchy (burnt) also cold and old, the only thing that tasted normal and was hot were the bacon egg and cheese croissants. We won’t be coming back even though we live close by. I’ve had similar experiences at this location before. Also the menu that you look at to order in the drive through is glitched and you can’t really read it so you’ve gotta use your phone. Complete waste of money, go somewhere else.

Service was great I ordered through the drive through. I made sure everything was there in my order I got home and my friend was eating his Burger and then he gets to a part where it was all pink not cooked at all. Plus the food was soggy can’t even hold my burger without it falling apart.

Ordered just a burger, sat in the drive through for almost 15 min. Didn’t move any car spaces and didn’t even make it to the pay window. Had to abandon my order and go next door to taco bell.

Every single time I come here I get absolutely horrible service. Now they have no change . How are you gonna run a business without any change ? Like GET it together, it’s just fast food for crying out loud it’s NOT rocket science. It’s every single time there’s ALWAYS an issue. Or gross men hitting on you .

This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. I don’t expect much from fast food but for $23 this is ridiculous. I ordered 1 eggnormous meal and got 2 3in long jumbles of mess with half an egg and half a sausage in each didn’t get a pic of that. I also ordered 1 bec croissant mean I got a pic of. After waiting for 10 mins to place an order the. 10 mins of watching these employees stand around they finally came took my money and pulled me forward for another 7in wait for the order can’t even call it food. I hope this location ends up like the rest of the Burger Kings in my area shut down. I will not be back and I hope this review warns the rest.
