Don’t bother coming here. Horrible service. Lazy and took a total of 8 min to order (no one in line) and 10 min to get the food. I see a piece of patty on the floor so they better throw it away.

After placing a mobile order,I was instructed to pick up in the drive-thru. I waited for a few minutes before they told me mobile orders had to come inside..?? What’s the point in a mobile order and then waiting over 10 minutes to pick it up? The woman in plain clothes at the grill said “…and tell them I make my food with love.” Obviously it was in response to a customer complaining. When I got home and unwrapped my whopper-I was grossed out! The veggies were wilted and the lettuce was slimy. I am not eating this because I don’t want food poisoning. I understand they are short staffed,but there is no excuse to give a person rotten food. See pictures for how un-appealing this Whopper was… .

This is the absolute rudest place I have ever been through. You sit there and try to enjoy it food and all you hear is the workers talking about customers and laughing at them. I don’t come often but when I do come I always see her working, the nametag say Destiny she is very sweet and has Great Customer Service. I ordered 3 big fish 4 Whoppers 2 eight piece nuggets and I had been waiting for 5 minutes and my daughter was get tired of waiting and she asked her what was her order and she made it her busy that we got our food hot and in 5 minutes she put 2 guys on different sides of the tablet yelled out the order and the word Pronto or Stat and we was very Satisfied…… Thank you Ms. DESTINY

I had a previous bad experience with the drivethru taking too long so I haven’t visited in awhile, but today was a different experience. Christopher Poe was especially kind as he took my order and made the experience quite good eating in at around 12:30 pm on a thursday. The burgers were well balanced and even the Double whopper jr had plenty of fresh vegetables in it. Flawless experience for me today.
