I went through the window at Madison,fl Burger King on 8/29 @ 9:15 pm. The customer service by a guy was horrible. I had to ask twice for salt and pepper. Than he got attitude and when I said Thank you he slammed the window on me and never said a word. My whopper did not have tomatoes on it.This has been the 2 time in Madison at this Burger King. People skills are truly miss, I will not give them a 3rd time to be rude.

5 cars ahead of me when I pulled in. The line moved ridiculously fast. The girl working the window was a joy. Fast, efficient, professional, friendly, and she had an amazing smile. She was just beautiful inside and out. My order was correct, and my chicken biscuit was yummy! The hash rounds were hot and fresh.

Every time I order through the app these guys get it wrong. Don’t ever waste your time and money adding extras on to the burger because they WILL forget. This has been the 6th time it has happened. Go to McDonald’s instead. They get the orders right in half the time

I came in needing 32 whooper Jr’s DURING their lunch rush for my FDOT crew who is doing hurricane relief work on SR 53 in Madison and they were able to fulfill the order in less than 20 minutes. They did a phenomenal job and Ashley, who took my order was super sweet! Walked into the establishment and noticed a girl was mopping the floor I asked if they were open she exclaimed the lobby is not but the drive-thru is I immediately turned around went outside got my vehicle went into the drive-thru and was informed that they were already closed even though it was 9 minutes until closing time I informed the person on the speaker that the girl in the lobby that was mopping and just told me they were still open and then I could use the drive-thru to which there was a slight pause and then we closed.
