This lady was extremely rude today this morning at 5:10 a.m. all I was asking if there was a combo for $5 she would not answer me I said there’s a car behind me are you going to answer me so I can order she said no I’m not going to take your order I’m not going to take your order cuz you’re rude how was I rude all I asked is if there was anything for 5 and I said is it lunch or breakfast I mean if the owner looks at the recording this was today at 5:10 a.m. on FRIDAY February 27th. Listen to the audio please and she is not fit to work with the public at all. She is nasty and rude for no reason. The public is tired of being treated this way we pay a lot of money for food these days and we deserve some respect. This is why people are getting so mad at restaurants. She shouldn’t be working with the public taking orders let alone paid to be a manager. She is a very bad example to the rest of the staff. She refused to come to the window until after I left and said I’m going to report her to her manager or the owner. A man came to the window basically nodding his head as if he has seen her act this way many times before. Watch the camera and audio please. February 23rd at 5:10 am at the drive-thru.

This place has been without ice for several days. The drink machine has never worked properly—the drinks always lack proper carbonation. The very least they could do is put up a big sign at the entrance and at the cashier letting customers know that the drinks here are consistently bad.

No toilet paper, no large soda cups, no Ice for drinks….. staff was friendly. I got a refund, but would have been nice if they told me no ice before I ordered… the soda machine was also broken in the front. They had to get it from the drive through. I think the owner needs to do some maintenance…

It was druve through. Moved back here a year ago. Been to this location four times, including about 1 PM today. Wanted to try that newer steakhouse burger. Looks great, in the pic and ads. At the speaker, I ordered one alone, no meal, just the burger LOADED. I told her to put everything on it. Picked it up at the window, drove home for lunch. Opened to find what appeared to be a mushroom Swiss burger, opening it up to see 3 or 4 soggy small fried onion rings, nothing else. NOTHING else. Very sad to say this was no shock. All 4 visits, every drive thru order was wrong. Something missing, or made wrong. At the drive thru you better check and open every item here BEFORE you leave. Judging by the reviews, they have no intention of improving. I always liked Burger King of the big three. Moving forward, What-A-Burger is only a short drive away. What a shame.

If long waits, cold fries, and bad service is what you want, this is your place. They are always out of something. Management does not care and will catch an attitude rather than assist a customer, just like the staff. It happened to me and I have watched them do the same to others, but I am so done. I will never return to this location and warn you to do the same.

Kind human beings working here is what I experienced today which is more than I can say about a lot of other experiences at fast food restaurants.

However, the outside wrapper of my sandwich was disgusting and covered in a lot of sauce. My french fries were cold and they did not bring me the ranch dressing side that I paid for.

The timing was a long, wait, but it was Christmas Eve so I’m not going to harp on that. I pull around and waited in a parking spot for my food to be delivered and when it finally did and the ranch wasn’t there, I got out of the car and followed the employee back in to ask her to give me some ranch, but I didn’t verbalize. Hey, can you help me because she was on the headset taking a drive-through order.

Then I stood at the counter for about seven minutes, maybe more waiting for someone to acknowledge me so that I could get my ranch.

Anyways, I’m not trying to be nitpicky. The wait was long, the food was cold, but the people were kind, and I think they were doing their best just not very perceptive of customers within their presence and I am sure that they were slow extra slow today due to the holidays.

DANGIT, also – NO BACON. I particularly like this crispy chicken spicy bacon sandwich because the bacon makes it extra good and this is like the third time I’ve gotten it from different locations and they did not put the bacon on it.

FIREY BACON RPYAL CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH

Just doesn’t hit the same without the dang bacon.

Curious as to what time your lobby closes? Might want to have Google adjust your lobby hours so that your employees don’t run to the door while im there to pick up a doordash order and tell me the lobby is closed at 8:30pm and I need to go to the drive thru. Also may want to have the employee turn down her headset and I’m really surprised your speaker isn’t blown. Very rude and unprofessional. Will discuss with DoorDash about the merchant and how Burger King affects our money every time bc the employees want to play and not focus on customers.

Beautiful place inside and out. Very clean. Service and food were worst I’ve experienced at a Burger King. Especially disappointing because I’m traveling with family and was looking forward to taking my daughter for french toast sticks, which were not placed in bag even after I asked for additional syrup. And I received the wrong size coffee. Probably my last time visiting Burger King

We ordered impossible burgers. Been on the road from San Antonio since 4am. Service was fine until I bit into my burger. We ordered extra lettuce and tomatoes. More does not mean to fatten the slices of all veges! Also the tomato slices were huge and were the ends if the tomato! I stopped eating my burger, disgusted at the way the burger was put together. Plain laziness results in sloppiness. Very disappointed!!!

I had a bad experience and service at this burger king! i came here 3 days in a row and every time the employees were very rude, disrespectful. The employees took there time making our food, they were on there phones a lot, and ignored the customers. Definitely never coming back again.
