I am writing to convey my profound appreciation for the exceptional service my granddaughter and I received during our visit to your establishment earlier today. Our experience was significantly enhanced by the remarkable professionalism and dedication of two particular team members whom I wish to commend.

The gentleman who attended to our order exemplified outstanding politeness and respect. His attentive and well-mannered approach created a truly comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by his dignified demeanor and thoughtful interactions throughout our ordering process, setting a commendable standard for customer service.

Similarly, the lady who also assisted us displayed an infectious enthusiasm for her role. Her engaging presence and positive attitude were immediately apparent, even in our brief exchanges, contributing significantly to the overall enjoyable and welcoming environment. Her genuine passion for service truly shone through.

These committed and customer-centric individuals are undoubtedly invaluable assets to your organization. Their unwavering commitment to excellence not only enriched our visit but also reflects positively on your establishment. I felt compelled to ensure their exceptional contributions did not go unnoticed.

I ordered a whopper with cheese meal and a Bacon King Meal but I didn’t get the bacon, they could at least let me know if they were out of bacon . This is what I got

The wait time at this Burger King is ridiculous. You’re literally waiting 30 minutes. No one apologize for your weight. You do mobile orders thinking it’s gonna be faster, but that’s definitely not the case. They gotta do better even the new management a new owner something got a change or shut the thing down altogether.

I had the most unpleasant fast food experience of my life tonight. We arrived at Burger King at 6:05 pm. We waited a few minutes for the car ahead of us to finish ordering and then we proceeded to the speaker to place our order. We were initially greeted and told they would return. That ordeal took about 8 minutes.

Upon ordering I asked for a kids 4 piece meal with apple sauce , I was informed they don’t have apple sauce. I agreed to take the side order of fries. I complete my order and proceed to window to pay. Time stamp now 6:22 pm.

At 6:35pm I am still in the line awaiting food. I beep my horn to get the attention of someone inside. Absolute crickets; I am typically a very patient person but after 30 mins with no food or drink I wanted a refund. At 6:38 pm someone came to the window requested a refund and she told me sure thing. After another minute or so the assistant manager Tangela came to the window and told me I could not get a refund.

I was absolutely perplexed as to why I couldn’t get a refund after 35 mins of waiting. Her response as an assistant manager was she was not trained on how to give refunds. Also my food was bagged and I spent the 25 mins from 6:22 – 6:45pm awaiting fresh fries.

I have never in my life dealt with FAST food being the most painstakingly slowest process I’ve ever seen. When I pulled up there was only one car ahead of me no one waiting excessively, inside the store was also pretty bare. I have no idea who this owner is but they may want to either hire some help to ease the burden or close because business is not looking up for this location. I won’t be back.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience at one of your Burger King locations during lunch today.

As I typically do, I placed my order through the Burger King mobile app for carryout. Upon entering the restaurant, I stood at the counter area for several minutes. During that time, multiple employees made eye contact with me, yet no one acknowledged my presence or offered assistance.

Eventually, a gentleman who appeared to be the general manager—based on his attire and demeanor—approached me and asked how he could help. I informed him that I was there to pick up a mobile order, which was visibly placed behind him. He was polite and promptly handed me my order, which I appreciated.

That said, the core issue is not whether my order was eventually provided, but rather the lack of basic acknowledgment upon entering the restaurant. Having worked in hospitality for many years, I firmly believe that greeting a guest is foundational to customer service. A simple statement such as, “Hello, thank you for choosing Burger King, we’ll be right with you,” goes a long way in making customers feel welcomed and valued.

The Burger King locations in my area are generally known for phenomenal customer service, which is why this experience stood out. I am unsure whether this particular location is newly staffed or in need of additional training, but the contrast was noticeable.

From a food quality standpoint, the fries were overly salty, while the Whopper itself was acceptable.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, it is unlikely that I will return to this specific location. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used as a training opportunity to reinforce the importance of guest acknowledgment and engagement, especially for customers utilizing mobile ordering.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Kind regards,
Kevin

I have no words. Truly awful. Ended up not even ordering. Immediately combative in the drive thru. That would explain why this location is barren of vehicles during peak lunch time.

Drive Thru: “What do you want” *as if I’m interrupting an important conversation*

“Large #1 with a Coke Zero, please.”

Drive Thru: “Just wait a second…”

No one came back on the radio. Just heard laughing through the intercom. Left after 5 min. Immediately came here to check the reviews….now it makes sense. Good grief.

Whoever manages this… I’m praying for you.

I ordered delivery for me, my wife and my mother-in-law and everything I ordered was NOT what I ordered. The burgers weren’t cut in half nor were they hot off the broiler. I ordered medium have-sies and got just medium fries. I had to dilute the sweet tea because it tasted syrupy and gritty from the sugar and the food came cold and I only live less than 5 minutes away. I figured they had stepped their game up after a while but I guess not. They are still the worst Burger King in Jacksonville in my opinion. Please shut it down and put something useful like a Taco Bell.

LATRICIA – was awful. I was at the drive thru and ordered two Whopper Jr.s with Cheese and no onions. After waiting a long time with no one else in the d/t. Another car pulled up to the other speaker and their order was taken before mine although I had waited a few minutes. After ordering, Latricia said “two whopper jr.s w/no onions, will that complete your order”. I said well did you get the cheese, she said again, “will that complete your order” very rudely. I again said ma’am, did you get that I wanted cheese, and AGAIN, she said “will that complete your order” as if she wasn’t going to acknowledge what I said. I get to the window and she snatches my $20, hands me the change and the bag aggressively while rolling her eyes and I told her she was rude. She literally stuck her head as far out the window as she could and said “I don’t care”! I couldn’t believe this entire interaction. The lady I had in the car with me begged me to go in and tell the manager, but they could clearly hear her and now after reading these reviews, it is obvious that they just don’t care. Never, ever again and I will tell anyone that wants to hear. They do not deserve our business or our money. There are too many other options. Latricia – your attitude sucks!

This burger king is the worst one ever. The service here is horrible. How is this fast food when you have to sit in a drive-thru for 15 20min for them to not tell you what window to pay at or how much you have to pay will not come here again.

Terrible service. The drive-thru always takes way too long, and the customer service is very poor. This isn’t a one-time issue — I come to this Burger King almost every two days, and it has always been like this. They also make you park on the side while waiting for your order, which honestly feels like a way to keep the drive-thru cameras from showing how long customers are actually waiting. Nothing ever changes, and the service never improves. They seriously need new management, because the current one is clearly not working.
