Update 12/23/25 we got lunch today and as usual it was delicious. My mom chanced it and order the onion ring sauce and she said it tasted normal this time. Not sure if we got a bad batch of onion ring sauce.

I’m done with this location. The last two times I’ve ordered, both have been wrong. And then there’s the issue of the menu prices that change based on pickup or delivery, but thats another therapy session. Their management is lacking and apathetic, no one seems to be capable of actually getting an order right. If I’m paying 20 dollars for burgers, I’ll go to five guys from now on. This location is a joke.

I don’t understand how these places can serve hot food with a bathroom that doesn’t work. Does anyone get to wash their hands? Happy to sell hot food while you’ve got poop covered toilet paper on the sidewalk… We had to leave without buying anything.

Over 30 minutes in line when there were only 2 cars ahead of me. The car in front of me was at the window at least 10 minutes and still had nothing after another car and myself drove off. I would put a zero if I could and this is the second time. Trash.

I go to this one regularly. As in 1-3x a week after radiation and immunotherapy. usually, it’s really good, but last week when i went i got a #7 (bacon and swiss chicken) and they forgot the bacon. Didn’t know till i got home, and when i went back, I got accused of just trying to get a free meal. No, I just wanted bacon. Tonight I go, and it’s been a bad day already, why should this have been a better experience? it wasn’t. this time, they weren’t very busy, so I stayed in the drive thru. My window is busted, so my hubby got out of the car, the dude at the drive thru didn’t want to give him our drinks. no smile, no greeting, just a tired and mean look. Finally got our drinks, 4 of them, had to request a drink carrier. Asked for bbq, ketchup and honey mustard. Dude gave us reg mustard. had to ask for starws, got 3 instead of 4. Then while I was checking the order for correctness, (they forgot the bacon AGAIN) a female worker came to the window and said “ma’am pull forward, you’re running up my time.” I admit, I got mad. The manager came over in the hopes he could fix it, sweet and smiley. Reminds me of my old neighbor, and I miss that. But then the woman LIED and said she never said anything about time, and LIED and said she had used the word please. I lost it. I don’t like ppl lying. It’s uncalled for. I called her out , cussed, told her i’ll run every single second up since she wants to be rude. I shouldn’t have, and I’m sorry. I ended up slamming the car door (my window is busted and can’t open, so my door was open) and just drove home. Checked the food at home, and sure enough, no bacon. I tried to call to apologize, and to explain what happened to the manager, but the phone is disconnected? at least the two numbers on google are both wrong.

You can rebuild the building , but you cannot rebuild the employees. They served me an ice cold hamburger and french fries that had absolutely no salt! The disposition of the woman at the drive through windows was not pleasant AT ALL either.

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos and some French toast sticks in the drive thru. They made me wait behind the pole so my car doesn’t set off the time sensor by the window. The people behind me thought I was stupid and were upset that I wasn’t at the window. One of my burritos didn’t have egg or sauce on it. So I went inside to get a new one. I saw them microwave it. Not sure if that’s standard or not, but it sucked. Then by the time I got to my French toast sticks, I noticed they didn’t give me any syrup either. So to go back inside yet again. Maybe they were having a bad morning, but it sucked coming to this Burger King.

I can’t speak for other people’s experience but every time me and my wife visit, it’s great. The staff is always pleasant, the food is always good, and the lobby is always clean. We enjoy visiting this location.

I should’ve learned my lesson by now about visiting this particular location. No matter how many times I go there’s always an issue. Whether it’s with the service or the food it doesn’t matter. There’s going to be something wrong. The 2 Whopper Jrs that I got were delicious and great. The Chicken Little was old or at least had been fried in old grease. I took one bite and my stomach started turning. I attempted to call the store because I was in the other side of town but of course no one answered. Oh well, I’ll learn one day.
