This place has come a long way. There was a time I would wait for way too long for someone to come wait on me at the counter only to find that my online order wasn’t even in the system. I actually stood there one evening for literally 15 mins before I was asked what they could help me with. It’s since improved and I haven’t received the wrong order in quite some time. It seems they’re running a pretty good crew.

It’s time to refocus on customer service and attention to your dining area and drink stations. Couldn’t get anyone to take my order at the counter until I asked. Friendly but not focused on anything outside of drive through and online orders. Like most places, anymore.

Wanted to use my app. Cashier didn’t let me use my points properly. I believe if I give my number I should be able to get the item. He thinks if u place the number in first it’s for points it’s for the item offer And points. I believe I should get to redeem my free chicken fries. Especially since the online app was not working right for my order. So disappointing.

Went to go pickup food and right off the bat, the girl at the drive thru window was so rude. As for the food, they got all 4 orders wrong, all the wrong drinks too. It was also so poorly made, like they just slapped a bunch of stuff together and threw it in the bag. So utterly disappointing especially since it isn’t cheap.

The drive-thru is poorly laid out and very tight, making it frustrating to get through. Service was slow, even with a short line. Food was standard Burger King fare—acceptable, but nothing noteworthy.

Terrible experience today. The drive-thru worker was rude and shut the window on me while I was trying to explain an issue. I went inside to ask for her name and “Michele” acted like she didn’t even know who worked the drive-thru and gave me attitude too.
As I went back to my car to write an email, the general manager came outside and was just as rude and dismissive. No apology, no professionalism, nothing.
I come here often, and the usual morning staff is great — but today’s crew, including management, was completely unprofessional. This needs to be addressed immediately.

I stopped going here when a homeless man popped out from behind the drive thru order box. Leaned through my car window got into my face and demanded I buy him food. They never answered the box. Getting him away from my kids and me was difficult. I told him I’ll get you something. I only have a credit card. When he stepped back, I drove off.. He stunk. I’ve been there two times. Once inside and it was 3rd world clean.
