The meat smelled so bad, the fries were stuck together and freezer burned. The guy taking the order was very professional but the other ones in the kitchen need to be trained again. I can’t believe corporate has not closed down this location. Your making our burger king here look embarrassing it’s a disgrace. There’s no way inspection is passing legally with meat smelling like that

Would not let me use the restroom if I didn’t buy something first. I don’t want to buy a drink then go to the bathroom with it. Drive thu. Is the slowest I have ever been to in my life.
I sat in the drive through for ten minutes before I even got to place my order.And the same pickup truck is in front of me at the window. This is the second time it’s been like this. It’s now been fifteen minutes, and I haven’t even been to the window to pay.There’s only three cars in line. Time for a new manager

This Burger King had me a bit sketched out at the vary start outside looked warn down almost abandoned, going inside was a bit better clean however nothing worked the self serve soda dispenser was not working the ketchup pump was dead, trash cans not anywhere, the cashier was polite at least, and my food was done Withen a half hour so that’s good.

Employees are always kind I’ll give them that. but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order food from here I spend $40 because I have a family and get home and I’m missing half the order!!! This time they gave us the stale everything and forgot 3 Hershey pies but they certainly never forget to charge for everything. Over it!!!!! Get it together …. it wasn’t even busy.

Ordered and paid for an eggnormous burrito w/sausage and bacon. He asked me to pull up to the brown pole, not a) the way to the second window. After 10 min I pulled the rest of the way up to the window. After a few min a guy opened it and asked what I ordered. I told him and he asked if I already paid. After I said I did he said ok but we still don’t have any bacon. Do you still want it. I said I’m still hungry so yes I do so he asked me to pull up further. After another 7 min someone brought it out to me and said they put bacon on it. When I asked how if they didn’t have any, he said the put some in the fryer for me. I appreciate them making sure it had bacon but the entire encounter seemed odd and it took about 20 min to get an eggnormous burrito.

Walked in stood there for 10 minutes during my lunch break. No one took my order. 7 Burger King employees in total They all glance my way as I stood there. It wasn’t a rush there was one person in front of me who had already ordered waiting for there food. What a total waste of time. Terrible customer service.

This might be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen in my life. Every single thing about this place made me feel like I was going to be murdered in their dark parking lot the outdoor menu wasn’t working, the people inside also weren’t working, the food was about a subpar is you could get and every single thing that you could see from the drive-thru windows to the interior of the restaurant was absolutely filthy.
