Asked for no onions. Even confirmed it at the window. They even scratched it out in the box… and guess what was on my burger once I got all the way home? Yup Onions. Called 3 times no answer just an answering machine to see if they could remake it. $13 for a meal I don’t get to enjoy. I’ll be calling in the am or going back up there this sucks

Looking for a place to rest from a long drive. Burger King is not my favorite place and this building is still under construction with no seating area so we couldn’t eat there. However, I tried their chicken sandwich combo Number 5 and it was pretty pretty good.

I went to use the automatic teller machine. Notice there was no mention of the 2 for 5.00 special. I look around the store and noticed there was no sign mention the deal either. So I had to cancel my order and go to the register and ask about the special. Why hide the fact that buger king is running a 2 for 5.00 special. Because they didn’t want the customer to know about it. Bad business practiced. I only knew because of the last bugerking I went to. The food was fresh and good. But I got the wrong sandwich. But I didn’t complain. I just took what the store thought I deserved and left. Cooperate needs to call them and ask why they are hiding the specials.

For most established chained I give three stars unless they do something outstanding in terms of service or food. Food was fast and good for fast food. Staff was very friendly. The play place was great for kids. The male bathroom did not smell good at all.

10.01.2023 Stopped to use the ladies’ room and grab a snack. Ordered the Spicey Chicken Snack wrap for 2.99. Over-priced but was delicious. Highly recommend. Clean ladies’ room was nice to see for such a very busy spot. Right off of 10 and coming out of McClenny. Truck stop in the back and a new hotel being built behind that. Exxon station at this exit and a Cuban restaurant that needs to be visited.

My family and I have stopped here several times and never had this issue. We ordered two whoppers and a whopper junior. Both whoppers were noticeably pale and undercooked. Definitely never had one that looked like this.
