I went thru the drive thru today. And the girl was very rude. I said my order and she said she couldn’t hear me. I repeated it again and she still couldn’t hear me. So I said it really loud, and then she got an attitude and yelled “I HEARD YOU”. So when I pulled around to the window she started asking what my order was. So now I’m irritated because if you heard me, why are you asking what I ordered. Very rude and nonchalant. Her attitude was piss poor, and should not be working in customer service. She was a young black girl with lots of acne in her face. You can’t be ugly inside and out. Pick a struggle.

I ordered a double breakfast sandwich and received a single breakfast sandwich instead. Would of said something but I was driving to work. Also, there were no napkins in the bag but other than that place was fast hot and fresh.

My overall experience was good. The speaker system was very loud in the drive thru which made it difficult to understand the employee taking the order. It actually hurt my ear and gave me a slight headache that fast. I did inform the employee. Hopefully they will do something about it.

Decided to give this location another try after a one year ban due to a bad experience. Bad decision. I was craving onion rings and that is all I ordered. The onion rings they gave me were slightly warm not cold but they were extremely chewy and had a bad taste. No telling how long they had been sitting under the warming light but they should never have been served to anyone. That sealed it for me. Never going back there

Short staffed, many orders are provided incorrectly. Like my last trip. I was craving a tasty whopper and got a double cheeseburger with bacon instead. I was disappointed, but didn’t find out until I arrived back at the office. Either way, the good was good and I’ll go back again

It was the worst Burger King I have ever gone too. The kids the manager had working didn’t know how to take an order. Very unprofessional. Shouldn’t have guessed because we were the only customers in there in prime time! I had a burnt fish sandwich which was terrible. I took 2 nights and I was done. Will never go back to that particular Burger King!
