I walked in and ordered food, and immediately noticed the fry cook had a major attitude and was slamming food on the table, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. What concerned me even more was the condition of the back door. The bottom of the door was bent, allowing a significant amount of light to come in from outside, and there was a rat trap placed right next to it. This raises serious concerns about sanitation and pest control. Instead of relying on traps, it would be easier to properly fix the door to prevent rodents from entering in the first place. It’s surprising and disappointing that this issue has not been addressed.

I stopped in to the BK on Bluff way in Darien GA and i had a wonderful experience the employees were courteous and offered to hell take our order right away. The tables were spotless and the bathroom was clean. The food tasted very fresh and i think this BK was much better than what i am used to in NY and Florida. The counter dude was pleasant and the food was ready pretty quick, but I’d recommend skipping this spot. The ordering machines were turned off. The Coca-Cola machine was out of Coke. The bathrooms were icky. We smelled like fry oil after we left (only ~20 minutes). But hey, what do you expect from a highway fast food joint in an otherwise empty part of the country.

I went to this BK drive thru at 6:15pm 7-17-25. The woman working the windows was extremely rude. She had my food in a bag on the counter by the window. Looked at me and rolled her eyes. Then kept the food another 2-3 min before even opening the window or taking my money. When I asked about the straw she was rude and didn’t even look at me. It was extremely rude and I have no idea why. I have overlooked them only taking exact change, not having any beef, and running out of everything. This was enough. She had large braids that were twisted maybe and dyed lighter. Do better BK. I usually don’t complain but this was ridiculous.

Went through the drive-thru got four of the trio Meals got home everything was cold. The fries were not cooked all the way The chicken fries were overcooked they were so hard that we could not eat them. There is a no phone number or Burger King in Darien Georgia The lady did not give me the receipt and I cannot make a complaint with customer service because I don’t have a receipt.
Update: The general Manager Lisa reached out to me about the incident and remade all my food. She really went above and beyond to fix the issue for me.

We just went through the drive through at this drive through and the service was the worse service I have ever experienced ever at any burger king. We was trying to order 2 breakfast burritos as an example with the rest of our order and then lady on the speaker said what kind of burrito. She then said we have a breakfast burrito and a eggnormous burrito. We then said eggnormous burritos. When we got up to the drive thru window we notice she only gave us one burrito and she said she we only ordered one eggnormous burrito when three people in the car even heard her say 2 burritos. She then said we cant add to the order through the window. So we said it was your mistake for not putting 2 burritos on the order when we said 2 burritos. She then proceeded to say we had to go back through the drive through all over again. And refused to even allow us to pay for the second burrito that three people heard her say at the speaker. We will be calling corporate and if my mother doesnt I will. 10/19/2025

Unprofessional, didn’t have enough change in the register, so they were unable to take cash unless you had the exact amount. Turning customers away. Also, the freestyle soda machine was out of several flavors. This is a prime location right off the interstate in peak travel season…disappointed in Burger King.

First off, the lady at the drive-thru window cant hear at all. She couldnt get our order right. When we drove up to the window the lady working their told us we ordered a Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich. We clearly said, “Cheesy-tots”. How does one mix that up? We told her that we ordered cheesy-tots and that she should change the order she put on for us, instead she went to go talk to her fellow employee, after that she went to go get the manager? At this point we were upset and the manager was talking trash about us to her employees. That is NOT how you should treat a costumer and adding onto that it was THE EMPLOYEES fault for not listening straight. Once we got the right food and tasted it, it tasted like someone threw it on the ground and put it up their armpits. I ordered sprite along with a combo #3. The sprite tasted like a mix of tap-water and sprite. This was disgusting and we just threw the food away. These employees are horrible and they dont treat people right. Every restaurant in general has different cooks which make the food taste different. They better change the cook and they need to be more clean as a team. That place looked trashed.
