Parents beware: brought my kids to the play place. An employee started “mopping” while kids were running around. Didn’t really mop, just sloshed water everywhere and left a flood in the play place. No wet floor signs anywhere or warnings. Several kids fell and were injured. Brought this to management attention and was giving nothing but attitude and nasty looks from management and staff. I have video evidence of the flooded floor and lack of wet floor signs.

Helpful, patient staff. They helped several customers out with problems in a professional manner, while experiencing a constant flow of customers. Food was done right. My impossible whopper was cooked correctly (usually a challenge at other BKs), had fresh ingredients, and was packed so that it wasn’t all smashed together.

DO NOT take your kids to this Play Place. It is a biohazard. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 10+ years. Odd musty smell, dirt and grime buildup on floor and equipment, trash everywhere. We stayed for 5 seconds. Even my 3 year old could tell it was not a good place. We left and went to Southern Pines Regional Park and I recommend you do the same if you’re looking for a great place for your kid to play.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. The dining room and bathrooms were very clean. The beverage area was squared away and stocked. Our food was hot, fresh and made to order.

This BK parking lot is big, the inside and outside was very clean, service was fast and the burgers and fries we hot.

I dint normally like burger king but I loved this one we came in kinda late for the dineing room but the staff was still so friendly and helped us, and the food was delicious really good chicken nuggets and I love the dragon fire mozzarella fries. The restaurant was clean and welcoming as well as clean bathrooms!
