You can get good food when the shift first changes to Lunch everything is HOT and Fresh anywhere mid afternoon Evening it sucks!!! My last visit. I ordered 3 Whoppers w Cheese 2 w EVERYTHING on it and 1 No onions add bacon extra MAYO…now let’s start w m sandwich the 1 w no onions WHO EVER MADE IT didn’t understand the assignment extra MAYO means MAYO ON BOTH BUNS (Not) a whole bunch of mayo on the top w everything else..this is just one visit I’ve had several.

It was very yummy I get something new almost every time but usually I stick to what I enjoy k have tried their regular chicken sandwich which does come with mayonnaise but I always get it removed and add ketchup with ultimately tastes better to me but you can have it your way with what you want to try physically and emotionally with my support in tow.

The server was absolutely horrible, very rude and disrespectful. It took a very long time in line that only had 5 people in it. When I tried to ask for the server’s name she said, “girl, I don’t got no name, goodbye.” The server also said when there were about 8 people in line “people act like this is the only place to eat.” The server did not provide condiments for the birthday party and when asked for them she was extremely hateful and agitated while stuffing them in the bag. I realize good help is hard to find but she she does NOT need to be working with the public. The server worked at 7 P.M. May 5th, 2023, and had red box braids and a green jacket on.

The service was good in a stressful environment. They’re food is usually good, but the last few times I visited my order was not fixed as I ordered it. I’m a cancer patient and there’s certain ways I cannot have my food and this was explained to them. They didn’t give it my way, it was given their way. One time I feel is a mistake, more than that is you don’t care. I wasn’t impressed. Was one of my favorite area.

I called to inform manager about the bad lettuce on my sandwich. Hoping she would take a look at it. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted to let her know how rank the lettuce is. There are a lot of older people who eat here and kids. They are most prone to get sick, she should know that being a manager. Should be state certified! She instantly caught a attitude and said ma’am we have fresh lettuce. Fresh lettuce every day. Well….. I could tell she wasn’t going to even JUST LOOK at it. You can tell by the taste of it, it was wet lettuce they are serving. Even after taking it off my sandwich, the taste was on my chicken and bun. That’s nasty wet old expired lettuce! Need new management! Someone who cares what goes out the window or door! Not about the money and get anyone and who ever sick! I truly hope one of her family members ate from there today and gets sick from it! Someone needs to open her eyes or open her position to someone who deserves it!
