I have always been a BK fan I like the way the food is cooked.The Single,the double and the triple Whopper and the Original Chicken Sandwich is my favorite of them all.To me BK was a little less of a stop I would go but, something came alive here in the last 6 months don’t know what it was but, the food I have purchased in the last 6 months has been much better then it was.I will guess and say new management and the best people for the job because it as improved from 40% to 98% better across the board and that mean taste,good vibe,friendly,and clean.I must say to the hard working under paid employees of the Hartwell,Georgia BK Thank You for the Best BK of Georgia to come in and sat down and enjoy good tasting food.To the Employees Keep your heads held high because, you deserve respect.So I give every single one of you 100% respect to the fullest.You all deserve it thank you for the hard work yall do.

This is the second time I’ve tried to stop in on my way to work between 615 and 620 for breakfast expecting them to be open at 6 o’clock, but clearly they’re not there are employees inside, but the doors are locked in the drive-through has nobody answering. Today I pulled up to the window and one of the employees looked at me at least five times and didn’t pay me any mind you say you’re open and you see a customer waiting to be helped but then you just look at me and ignore me? Two of the worst experiences ever.

Burger King is usually a reliable stop for a quick meal, but there’s still some room for improvement. The service at the drive-thru isn’t very efficient, as I often get asked to pull forward and wait even for regular menu items. I wouldn’t mind the extra time if the food came out hot and fresh, but unfortunately the fries were cold and stale and the lettuce on my chicken sandwich was wilted. That said, the overall flavor of the food was still good, and I do appreciate the convenience. With a little more consistency in freshness and speed, this location could easily be a 5-star experience.

Just picked up a couple of double bacon cheeseburgers very disappointed the bacon is not even cooked. I tried to call and it went straight to fax machine. I was already 10 minutes away before I looked at my food not happy at all.

Woppers are always good, chicken nuggets fried in old oil and are nasty. Staff was friendly, food took a little longer than normal.

Hey, it’s Burger King so you know what it tastes like. Service is slow because it appears they are understaffed, but I’m just guessing from the drive-thru. Professional attitude at each window.

I just wanted to brag on the girl at the window at 10pm, she was so kind, helpful and attentive. It’s so easy to be angry working drive thru, and she was just so wonderful! Highly suggest this BK, and I hope Anjera becomes a manger. She’s fantastic!!!!

Order was correct.
Vanilla iced coffee was all creamer and no coffee. I’m not sure if this is the way it is suppose to look. I thought it was terrible. Definitely do not recommend if this is normal.
Ordered fresh french toast and specified I was willing to wait. One piece was pretty hot. The rest were definitely not fresh.
My husband did like his croissan’wich.
No receipt given. Didn’t realize until we drove off.

Burger King in Hartwell is like my favorite place. The employees are friendly and my food is great. I can see they are short staffed, just like most places, but they really keep smiling and making hot delicious food
