The best thing about this meal was the orange juice. I had to get to work so I couldn’t take it back, but my food was overcooked and dry. The hash browns and French toast sticks tasted old.

My food was delivered by Uber eats and they did just fine. But that burger king should shut down until they can hire a whole new team and train them the correct way. The people in the customer service world have no idea what their job roles actually are. And if they do they do it completely backwards. It disgusts me to even go out and try to get proper food and proper treatment from people who literally chose a career that demands constant public interactions and let it be known that they have. Was told they were getting ready to close (they still had over 30 minutes to go). Ordered 3 whoppers with cheese, only got 2. The 2 received were part of a meal, the whopper I didnt get was separate. The separate whopper was no ketchup, they didnt put ketchup on the 2 I got. Both burgers were cold even after they said they had to be cooked. After nearly 15 minutes, both meals delivered were cold. My fault for not checking the quantity and quality before I left the drive thru. Both employees were courteous. I blame myself for not double checking the order. Over 32 dollars wasted! If you’re looking for a late night meal after an 8 hour drive, double check your food before driving away.

They did me dirty with this burger. SMH. Crazy part is, old girl was rushing. With no customers tho. Now I see why. My bun is burnt. Beef patties are old. Cheese & mayo slathered all over the burger and wrapper. I’m so salty. Then I took the meat off to eat the bun and that was stale. I can’t make this up.

During my visit, the food came out cold and poorly prepared. When I politely asked for it to be fixed, the manager on duty, Linda, responded disrespectfully and said she didn’t care. I also saw her speak down to staff, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. This location needs better management and she needs to be fired immediately.

The lady Christion is so nice and friendly here. My food always tastes fresh and everyone here is always smiling and happy. I don’t even like fast food but I’ll stop here and get a fresh burger and great service everytime!

First, my sweet tea tasted like cleaning products. Second, my replacement Dr. Pepper is tasting watered down. Third, my original chicken sandwich bun is burnt. Fourth, my chicken tastes like the oil in the fryer hasn’t been changed in about six months to a year. The fries weren’t too bad and the cheesy tots weren’t bad either. The woman who was running the food out to vehicles had her thong hanging out, which I felt was unprofessional.
