Poor experience in the drive thru ordered onion rings and got fries do better Burger King Rockmart sorry people and food here I should have just went to McDonald next door at least they get my order right every time! Need my money back for this order I said onion rings twice and zesty sauce twice as well! Never again Burger King lost our business for ever! I want my onion rings!

I came to this Burger King to get some breakfast and meet a client. The service was amazing from the second I walked through the door. I was greeted with a “Welcome to Burger King” and big smiles. The people behind the counter were so friendly and professional. They made me feel welcomed. As I sat in the clean dinning area on my computer and eating my food, I noticed ever customer that came in got the same treatment. I was honestly impressed. Great Service! Great Staff!

My wife and I try and go out for breakfast on Saturdays. We go to different places. When it’s Burger King’s turn we have a choice of Rome or Rockmart. We live in between the 2. Rockmart always wins because of the young lady at the counter. She remembers us and is such an outgoing person. She could definitely teach some people on customer service, she goes above and beyond what is asked of her.

This Burger King is by far our favorite fast food restaurant in Rockmart. The staff is always friendly, the food is good, and the app deals are awesome. I will say, it can be a little bit slow sometimes, but every time I’ve had to wait the staff has been apologetic and explained what was going on. This is a great location with a great staff.

Every time we go to this location the customer service is amazing. I’d say they have some of the best, if not THE best, customer service in Rockmart.
Food is always fresh, hot, and well packaged. With the frequent deals available in the app, it’s usually a good value for your money, too.
And the restaurant is usually pretty clean. I’m sure it can be hard at times to stay on top of the mess customers generate by the drink station and around the tables, but they generally do a good job. The kitchen area has always appeared well maintained.

Went thru the drive thru around noon on a Sunday. The staff were all gathered at the window joking and laughing with one another. Our burgers were ridiculous. The bottom bun was soaked in grease or some form of liquid and the top of the bun was slick and shiny with grease. Even the paper they wrapped the burgers in had soaked up grease.The vegetables were old, warm and wilted. One of our burgers had been torn or broken in half and then pieced back together. Very carelessly made.
