I don’t agree with false advertising. The sign should be more honest and say only for Breakfast. It had been almost 2 decades since I’ve had cini minis and was so excited to treat myself to a nice afternoon snack, but they didn’t give me the promo because it’s only for breakfast…even though the serve the ciniminis and coffee all day. Very disappointed in the management.

As someone who holds a food safety certification, I NEED someone, ANYONE who has worked at a Burger King, to answer this. Whhyyyyyy have I, NOT ONCE received a hot Impossible burger at ANY location?! I MUST know their hot-holding mishap. Pleeease.

It always seems as if it was sitting since lunch and no one cared to heat it. What about just keeping it hot?

I. Do. Not. Understand.

I mean, I don’t swing by often but dang, when I do, it would be nice to have a hot one.

I thought I should ask for it hot in the past. I was assured, however, STILL just above lukewarm.

This should teach me to go home without eating this late anyway.

So disappointed this chaain doesn’t seem to care about such a simple thing.

I wonder if the Health Department EVER checks these burgers….apparently not.

Sigh…

This location opened up a little while ago in 2022 after the older location beside the new location turned into a local restaurant. I decided to give this place a try after my previous experiences weren’t great, and though I don’t expect good service or great food in fast food chains like this, this fast food spot is severely slept on and is really delicious. The service was amazing and took around two minutes until the order arrived. I got the entire meal combo, the wednesday whopper, with fries, and some ring n’ things too. The whopper tasted exactly the same as a normal whopper and the bun didn’t really add any flavor but it still was really delicious because whoppers are always great. The employees did not skimp on the fries like the last couple of times. The fries were delicious and crispy. The drink wasn’t anything special it was just okay. Overall this is a great location and I’ll return here. Clean bathrooms and a playground is located inside of the building inside being outside

Originally went to the drive thru sat there forever very slow finally had to go in worst experience ever, i will not be back, this BK is always terrible, always dirty ,no one takes any responsibility for anything. What a damn joke, just in case BK there is a new sheriff coming to town and it is Whataburger, they are going to really put the hurt on the 2 BK and McDonald’s here , get ready Carrollton for some great Texas sized Burgers and a lot more.

My first bad experience at this location was today. They got my drive-thru order wrong, which is no big deal in and of itself (thankfully I checked and noticed before I drove off). But when I went inside to have it corrected, they were very slow to acknowledge me at the counter, slow to make the correction, and didn’t even comment on the mistake or apologize for the inconvenience. No one there seemed to be in charge. It was more like a loose collective of people just doing the bare minimum they could to seemingly meet the expectations demanded of them.

Food is ALWAYS cold and no one cares. Most employees are rude and act like you’re a bother when you enter. This use to be the better of the 2 in Carrollton but that’s no longer true. I’ll never step foot in this location again. Rude rude rude!! When you make them aware of the situation they just look at you and walk away. Foods either cold or so microwaved it’s hard as a rock. No thanks.

Just ordered a sausage croissant. I should have stayed with what I was thinking which was to not get anything from there based off of past experiences. I decided to give it a try. Aside from the dish itself which is very small for $4 and some change, the sausage patty look like it had been cooked the day before, the bread was flat as if though it had been run over. And did I mention that it was cold. Why are they serving customers food that they know has been sitting around in some area of the restaurant and then they serve it to a customer in the morning knowing that once you drive off that you are left with what they put in your bag. The average person does not have the time to turn around and go back to get an order replace or something that should have been hot and fresh when they received it especially after paying the amount of money one pays for a very small sandwich. Stop it!

I don’t know which one of you female employee’s yelled at me this morning 11/09/2025 from the side door. About yall weren’t open Yet. I’m not from here and you could have been polite about you weren’t open Yet. Next time turn off the lights in the drive thru. Instead of being rude and yelling. And for the people who read this it’s a very clean restaurant and the food is delicious. I have been here before only for lunch a few times. And they open up at 7:00am for breakfast i only know this because it one one of the things that got yelled at to me this morning

I work near this location so I am a frequent customer. Tina is usually always the person that takes my order and she is always so nice, efficient and friendly. I have multiple fast food options to choose from but I pick this BK more often than not because I know a smile from Tina will make my day! Thanks you Tina for your excellent customer service. 🙂

We ordered in the app. I specified “no mayo” on both burgers. Our burgers were swimming in mayo. I called back to the store- she said “we can’t see that on our end”. I asked her could they remake our burgers. She refused and said I had to call corporate. It’s ridiculous! People order food because they’re hungry. You can’t eat “a refund in 3-5 business days” and if there’s such disconnect in the app, it definitely needs to be resolved. That’s a huge issue.
