I would give it zero stars if I could! I am quickly finding out with this area, and especially Burger King, that good customer service is not at a premium here. As we walked in, the gentleman turned to us and said “I am not taking any orders, we just got started on a big order.” Multiple people were already waiting for their food, and the line for the drive-thru was around the building. This is obviously a systemic problem, and either upper level management is unaware of the glaring issues, or allowing it to happen, either way they are derelict in their duties. I will never visit this place again!

Never seen a real life bully until I saw their cook ‘Andre’ talking to coworkers like he’s some high school bully who never grew up. This store has a lot of concerns and issues from the integrity of the workers to the completely disgusting cooking stations within this establishment. The customer service is awful, they’ll scream at you if you don’t order to their liking as well. What a hot mess and the sad part is all these people can keep their jobs because no one wants to work with them so they can’t replace any of this nightmare staff by the looks of it.

Meh, food is what you’d expect but they keep running out of stuff when least expected. Staff can be a bit abrasive when compared to the other places around here. Its either slow service at late night Taco Bell next door or get slapped around by the King while waiting for onion rings. I’ve only had good service at this location once so take that for what its worth.

The food was sub par and not worth the money. The so called “big” fish sandwich was very small. The wait was long. The so-called medium fries and onion rings were very small. The ketchup that they put in the bag was nasty and sticky. #LESSONLEARNED

Fastfood on Pleasant Hill Rd. and around, is the worst food you can buy. Starting with Burger King. Managers do not have any Managerial Skills and the Food Preparation is Sloppy. Fries and Onion Rings are Fried to Death. Onion Rings were disintegrated. I took the first bite of my Hamburger and everything slid out of the bun. A list of bad Restaurants. Burger King, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, IHop, KFC, Red Lobster, Chili’s and Steak N Shake.

I have one hour for lunch and I stood in line for half of that time just to order and once I was addressed by the manager he has an attitude like I have done something wrong by coming there to have lunch. Well I just decided that that would be my last time coming there lunch or breakfast and I will encourage my co workers to do the exact same. There plenty of other restaurants on the same strip but I chose to go there because it’s closer to my job but after today no more. I will not pay anyone for disservice…

This specific Burger King is horrible, I will never be coming back to this place after one of the employees practically yelling at me when I tried to change one of the items on my order and proceeded to be rude at the window making me wait for my food which was cold, and gave me my food after she slammed the bag on the counter.She had caught a bad attitude and told me I had to wait because she was busy. Terrible customer service.
