It’s sad how rude they are I just don’t get it the woman rolled her eyes at me and got upset because I ordered through the mobile app and picked up through the drive thru which is the method I choose. I was told rudely twice that I need to come inside because the food not ready but brought it right to me so how was it not ready? And no one I mean no one was inside the building or in drive thru so I wasn’t holding up any line. It’s just like do ppl wake up with a mindset I wanna be ugly. Very rude customer service yet I didn’t even get upset or am have an attitude back I simply asked do I still have to come inside and I’m not a DoorDash driver I’m picking up my own food she is like yes you do because it’s not ready but gives the food to me in less that 1 min . Like I pray your day gets better because this is the second time I’ve came here and her( lady with dreads) attitude was bad at 6 am in the morning. Life ain’t that bad and I pray hers gets better because no one can be that miserable everytime and have horrible attitudes with people and especially when there still being nice to you .

I got onion rings old…came back in the store for fresh one the be made of course they were half cooked all mushy, my double whopper one patty was a color of black. The other one was tan. I’m done I will not be coming back. What happened to fresh food?I guess it’s no longer lives at burger king.

Workers were rude. When I was ordering, I kept getting asked “ANYTHING ELSE” with attitude. Like I’m being an inconvenience to them.
Ordered a large coke and they gave it to us without ice. Then told us the ice machine was broken AFTER THE FACT, which is VERY messy.
Ordered a 12 count chicken fries, got an 8 count.
Then, while I was paying and waiting for my food, I asked the person at the window if he wanted me to stay at the window cause he kept looking at me and not saying anything, so he responded “YES..” with a smart aleck tone.
Didn’t ask me for no sauces. Didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. Nothing.
Terrible service.

This was the best Burger King experience I have ever had. The food was very fresh and the customer service was top tier. Renata is such a sweetheart and you can tell she truly cares for her customers. The one on one service she provided was definitely to remember. I will absolutely be back.

This place sometimes takes a bit of time to make your food. At times you get an employee who is rude, not all of them are tho. Compared to other burger kings this location you can expect to be reliable.
If you order a kids meal before you drive off make sure the toy is in there. They’ve forgotten to put the toy inside multiple times.

Their only concern is speed of service and not providing excellent customer service. I was rushed to pull up, and the manager looked at me crazy as if I was taking too long to pull up. The food wasn’t fresh, I didn’t receive all of my drinks nor a receipt at the window and there wasn’t any ketchup in the bag that I asked for several times. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Update months later- They must have a new team/management, everything was hot and fresh. There wasn’t any pulled cars and speed was fast. Keep up the good work!!

This was our first time in a Burger King restaurant and this store definitely exemplifies great customer service and a warm and welcoming staff. Nicole, the store manager was very nice with her welcoming smile and friendliness. Our order was done correctly and promptly. The store was clean and well maintained. Restroom was very clean. I highly recommend this place. Thanks team for making it a great experience for my wife and I.

This is the worst service I’ve ever received. They gave us an attitude when we told them they gave us French fries instead of chicken fries. Gave us no sauce AND forgot to sauce of cini minis. The woman was the least service oriented individual I’ve ever met, acted inconvenienced by us ordering food and should not work around people.

I was not greeted at all properly. I was waiting for assistance and when the gentleman arrived he said he was polite but still was not professional. I worked at McDonald’s for years and we always say how can I help you. That never happened this day. 2nd the counter top was dirty. I can tell they didn’t have enough workers that day so I just simply asked for a towel to wipe it down. I was told they didn’t have any towels…yikes…okay that not good. I choose to go to this location because of the okay place for the kids, but they need more help and a class on customer service. I wish asked my niece to go and ask for extra mayonnaise but to make sure she day excuse me, they ignored her. I had to get up and walk over for them to pay her any attention. This was a perfect example of showing her what not to do in your job. Let’s be better ppl no matter were you work it’s a blessing to have employment.
