What a great staff. The food had a couple minor issues but the staff didn’t blink an eye or fuss kept that positive attitude and fixed it right away and checked to make sure everything else was good. I will definitely come back. The manager was encouraging his crew several times during the time I was there. Positive attitudes go a long way towards making the visit a joy. Keep up the good work all.

What really stands out is the staff! I believe it was the mgr who took my order and first thing I noticed was how patient she was! Usually at drive thru’s voices are garbled, which when you have to ask them to repeat themselves they get irritated. Well, I won’t lie & say the speaker was clear, but I will say SHE DID NOT GET IRRITATED! So I get to the window & expected the usual interaction but this wonderful woman made me feel exactly as they portray in those training videos, “Appreciate the customer & Remember this is their Dinner” and she was the epitome of that! I have to say this was the best fast food experience I have ever had, ever!
The food was fresh and the order was correct and the entire experience left me with hope for the future! Highly Recommended this location! I wish I knew her name because I would definitely recognize her but her beautiful accent and personality is what I remember. Very refreshing experience! Thank You!

Just wanted to take the time to share how impressed I have been with Burger King Hwy 278 covington. Its been a while since ive been due to poor customer service. I craved their whopper jr so much I decided to try ONE more time. We’ll, this one time turned into another time and it has been a wonderful experience. The food is fresh. The cashier was loyal, kind and professional.
I decided this morning, I wanted breakfast. FRESH!! AND JUSTIN was there again. Smiling. Professional. And kind. He said he did a turn around shift. Got off last night and came this morning

My husband and I waited over 35 minutes for an order we placed online and it wasn’t even correct. No concessions were offered. We weren’t even given any updates while waiting. In fact, customers were coming in from the drive through line to cancel their orders because the wait was too long. Service is everything.

I had such a great experience at Burger King thanks to Stefan! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. He was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and fresh. You can tell he takes pride in his job and really cares about the customers. It’s rare these days to come across someone with that level of professionalism and kindness in fast food service, but Stefan absolutely stood out. He turned a simple meal into a genuinely positive experience !! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service he provided.
