I’ve stopped here before and service was horrible, closed after I sat for 20 minutes waiting in line, then at the window waited and was told they had closed, closed after taking my order?? What in the world… Was hungry and thought everyone deserves a 2nd chance..went to order and the food order was wrong and before I left the window I checked the order, how a burger and fries can be wrong I don’t understand and when I politely made them aware they said I could pay and get it corrected, why would I pay twice for there mistake, I had no problem returning the incorrect order, but I promise I will not make the mistake of stopping here ever again.. and to add insult customer service was a joke, rude, haughty and a chip on there shoulder.. even then I was polite, they need customer service training and the motto Burger King goes by ( “BK have it your way” ) is a joke .. I’d recommend to future customers.. have it your way and Avoid at all Cost ..

Probably the worst experience I’ve had. We went to the self service window and ordered “burgers for breakfast” which is on the menu. The general manager started screaming that it was ONLY BREAKFAST!! and I said that we had ordered from the menu. She states we ARENT 24 HOURS! Like I don’t even know what that is supposed to mean? Then refunded me in cash and didn’t take a breakfast order. She kind of just threw the change at me and we had to reorder again from the kiosk. We also chose the drink kiosk and there wasn’t one. Tables were dirty. Floor is all wet. Awful.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered one large fries and onion rings. I went to pickup, and was told that they were out of fries, so I was given two onion rings instead. I told them I was not asked if I wanted two onion rings instead of one, and that I wanted something else instead, like mozzarella sticks. The cashier told me that if I wanted mozzarella sticks, I should order them and pay for them. I told the cashier three times that I did not want two boxes of onion rings, and that they must swap the second box with something else. They eventually said ok. They asked for me to hand them the second onion ring box I had, and tossed it into the trash right in front of me, as if they were trying to get some kind of revenge. I don’t understand how some people have this attitude and a franchise like Burger King allows these to happen. While I was waiting frustrated, I spoke with other customers and they also reiterated the same thing, that the employees at this location treat people and food horribly. Please fix this embarrassment.

I was first car at drive thru. Placed order(breakfast)then was told they had no biscuits. Changed order. Paid. Clerk was not very pleasant. Told to pull up and wait. Waited about 20 minutes for order. Brought to window, didn’t speak, no response when I said thank you. Order was wrong. Will not be back!!!

They were out of everything. No small or medium drink cups. No junior size burgers, no fries. Could not get a meal combo. Had to make a separate purchase just to get a drink. Waited over 20 mins behind 2 ppl. Only saw 3 employees there but only one was at counter and one female on her phone standing in the dining area back and forth to the back of the house to the dining area. No one treated any of the customers. Bathroom had three stalls, only one was working, no paper towels, the hand blower didn’t work. Where was the manager?

Order wrong, customer service needs some reassessment, inventory should take more precedent than seems to currently be occurring. Out of onion rings,out of coke. Went through drive threw was only car in line, yet l still had to pull up and wait. I went in to ask for sauce due to what was on the receipt, was not what was asked for. When I entered 2 employees were on their phones with ear buds in. I would not suggest this particular establishment after this experience, nor will I return.

The store was absolutely nasty, the Service couldn’t have been slower if the workers had no legs. Stood in line for 15 minutes to order. The women working the front register had hygiene issues. This franchise needs to be shut down.

Worst one off of 95 don’t stop here!!! Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes and still get your order wrong. Even if you present the receipt they will still give you the wrong order and with attitude as if it’s your fault they can’t do their job! Wish this was a one time thing, it’s not! Never again shut this place down.

Mobile order pickup at counter….waited 30 minutes for my food standing in the drive through lane. Food was ok. Lady was rude (seemed she was a manager). Will likely not be back.
