This store has a new general manager who is doing an excellent job. It seems that he has his hands full trying to get this store/employees in order. I think they selected the right person for the job. I was so impressed with him, especially when I found out that he is only 21. He made sure our food was prepared properly and that we received it in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service. I truly hope the Burger King Corp. recognizes this young man for his hard work. He is definitely an asset to their company.

5 employees working,my food on the counter waiting while 3 of the 5 employees argue with a customer about her salad.also dining area hasn’t been cleaned in months.Same dead flies still on widow seal between booths and play area. When got my food needed a microwave to warm it..everything was cold.

Went there today August 23,2020 about 1:00pm, I got an Oreo milkshake they said only one size. Well I went there two times before in the last month and got Oreo milkshake,it started off like a large then a medium and this time it’s small no whip cream and I asked the lady she said that’s what size they come, I said they were bigger the last two times I am very disappointed. This is how big the milk shake is for almost four dollars. This is ridiculous.

Of course I had to pull up and wait for my whhopper meal and chicken fries. 15 mins later brought out my food and the girl said they forgot about my chicken fries so they have to cook. Right. Didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauce with my chicken fries and was seriously nervous to ask and make the girl “work” and bring me some sauce. Workers were all outside tonight shouting and playing around. Super uncomfortable environment to have a sleeping baby in the backseat! Bit into a fry and it had a freaking black hair wrapped throughout it! Nasty!

Went with a coupon, had to wait for the girl to take my order, and had to wait for my food at the window. The french fries were fresh and hot and the chicken sandwich was hot and evidently cooked to order, but on a scale of 1-10 I’d say it was a 6. Not sure I’d eat the chicken sandwich (regular) again, but I would definitely eat their burgers. (Did not eat inside went to the drive thru.)

This place was the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Order our food and had to pull around the corner and wait about 20 min for food along with everyone behind me. When the food finally showed up it was salty as all get out and really wasn’t that great or hot for that wait. Honestly this Burger King should be shut down permanently. The only good thing this is I don’t live in South Carolina so I never need to be eating there again…. I love Burger King but this one is not in true Burger King fashion

Today, I was unaware that this restaurant establishment was under new management. When me and my friend ordered our food, I noticed the cashier had his pants halfway down and wearing white ear buds. There was a few guys sitting in the restaurant that made me feel uncomfortable just by looking at me and my friend for thirty minutes. Apparently they did not have ketchup in the packets and put the ketchup in a small lid.. Customer service was very poorly and food didn’t taste all that good either. I won’t be coming back to this establishment again. Looks like a “hood” restaurant for young people to hang out at.

This place used to be good. This place always has to go under new management and they get worse. It starts small with them forgetting an item or two. But when I went in to say something, they front worker always got an attitude with me. And then the last time I went there, there was a fly in my burger. This place is most of the time, a mess. It’s always a disappointment to see them have new management, but it gets worse every time.

Inconsistent, one experience was amazing. My food was hot, fresh and service was ok. This time the experience was abysmal. There was a car ahead waiting and blocking the drive thru, I waited a bit at the speaker before I was acknowledged. Then the young lady sounded annoyed that I came to the speaker. I ordered anyway, I sat at the window several minutes after I was directed to pull up and was never acknowledged. I backed out the drive thru and left.
Wasted resources and money that I suspect your company can’t afford.
