I have entered the drive-thru to order food on 3 separate occasions. Each time i waited 5 minutes or more while the person inside the restaurant tells me they are having kitchen “issues” . I left each time and went across the street to a neighboring fast food place. I was not the only car to drive off.

Burger King is always my default fast food. This particular one is one of my favorites. They are always friendly and efficient. I enjoy the being able to use the app to order the food. I wish I could choose how much ice I got my drink on the app for this one. I have used the app for other Burger Kings and could I don’t understand the difference.

I genuinely don’t understand how this location seems to mess something up EVERYTIME I come through. Nobody in the parking lot but made me wait 7 minutes at the speaker box.

Pulled up to the drive thru and the worker was smoking weed beside the drive thru. He then walked back into the building. The smell was so terrible it made us sick to our stomach and we pulled off. I had kids in the car and they were gagging due to the smell. Not the atmosphere I want my family to eat at so we left without ordering food.

I went through the drive-thru at 7:24 on 9/12/25, and I was so disappointed with my order. The young lady Ly as it said on the receipt, working drive thru was so rude and rushed our time ordering. She got part of the order wrong, and I kindly told her to change it- she told her coworker that I didn’t clarify and she took her sweet time bringing the order out to me. Hire better people Burger King!

Staff seems sweet but BEWARE;
They do NOT wear gloves when handling fries and YES their palms come in contact with the fries when handling them. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNCLEAN.
Their Coca-Cola has a funny taste too.
Do better and stop with the laziness.
