My husband and I stopped to get a bite to eat at Burger King tonight. We decided to dine in and were pleased with our decision. Quane, who was very polite, took our order and within minutes, our food was hot and ready! The restaurant was clean and quiet, which made our dining experience a very enjoyable one!

Last night It snowed. Burger King in Mauldin SC was the local restaurant, that was opened for the day.Their crew worked, so hard all day long. I drove by several times and it was packed. I went to order supper for the family. There was a crew of 3. They had 50+ online orders to come through, while I was there. That’s not including the orders from the lobby. They handled service like professionals ! They deserve a huge thank you from our community. A++ from me !
Last week, I visited this BK and they have a new crew. They were cleaning everything . They are top notch , best of the best. The service is now fantastic. Give them another chance. This new crew is so impressive !!

So we went to Burger King today and the customer service was good. The food was good, but unfortunately, the indoor eating area was dirty and unfortunately, we were informed that they ran out of french fries

We ordered food and pulled up and waited. The Employee came out with the food, gave it to us, hesitated, and then asked if we wanted sauces. We told him that we would like some barbecue sauce and he ran inside just to get the sauces. We felt like that was going the extra mile, where others would likely just ignore the fact there were no sauces in the bag and leave it as it is. Just really wanted to acknowledge the man working tonight being such a great employee! He’s an asset to this Burger King.

it’s amazing here! very clean, the staff are polite. When I visited the toilet, I was amazed by the cleanliness and pleasant smell, two types of soap and the presence of dry towels and a hand dryer. I want to come back again and again

I have been to this Burger King several times and every time I am very disappointed. Tonight I waited in the drive thru line for almost 14 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The young man did come on the intercom and tell me to wait for just a minute. After waiting 14 minutes he finally answered the intercom for the opposite line..FYI I arrived 5 minutes before the other car arrived and there was only one car ahead of me at the window. This Burger King needs to be shut down or hire completely all new people. Also the smell of someone smoking weed is always around that building

We use to have a Burger King just down the road afew years ago.
New location in the area.
Difficult to get to during busy traffic times
Went by around 8 on a Saturday evening, lights were off in the lobby. Seemed like they were about to shut down.
Lady at the counter was nice.
One employee kept going outside to smoke (didn’t wash his hands when he came in)
Lobby/drink station was alittle dirty.
Food was good. Good value.

Store was understaffed, and I waited 10 minutes just to order than an additional 20 minutes to get my order. My food was cold and I was very disappointed in my service and experience overall.

Always a problem here. Understaffed!!!!! Today’s experience was 1 person running the whole show she tried to talk me out of what I ordered cause she said she was alone and didn’t have what I ordered pre-made. Then told me I was gonna wait which I did. When she brought my food she was rude I even thanked her and she shut the window on me with no response. You guys gotta get your stuff together!!!!! Remember McDonald’s is around the corner.
