I’ve been twice since they opened. The first time I went through the drive thru i was asked to hold on I waited for over 3 minutes a car pulled into the second lane and their order was taken immediately. I pulled to the window where a lady with an assistant manager tag asked if she could help me i explained that she never took my order. I placed my order and was asked to pull around to the doors which i did however a long line formed behind me and honked at me. The second time we ordered 2 meals and I asked for buffalo sauce for my onion rings. After we paid we were pulled to the doors even though there were no cars behind us. When we got our food the onion rings were stale, i got bbq instead of buffalo, the bacon was so hard and little pieces I didn’t even eat my sandwich and our drinks tasted terrible. Will not be going back, hopefully they can focus more on quality than drive times and training managers before putting them on a headset.

I ordered food in the drive thru, pulled up and paid, and was asked tonsillitis around to wait for my food. 10 minutes later, I have two other cars behind me also waiting for thejr food. Approximately, 15 minutes later, they bring my food out. Poor service!!!!

We were in a rush. So, we stopped by Burger King quickly. The service was excellent- friendly staff. The Impossible Burger tastes like I remember my childhood Whopper being. My friends and I agree that whomever was responsible for the marketing move of calling it the Impossible Burger deserves a raise. Lastly, the restroom smells great ! Just when I thought a fast-food experience couldn’t get better …

I was given a blank receipt, my fried foods had blackened chunks of burnt food on them and weren’t edible, staff was rude, staff seemed to play more than work, my food was room temp when I got it, and I got an additional fee from Uber for the “canceled” ride.

Worse BK ever, anywhere!!! I ordered spicy nuggets and mozzarella sticks in the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes and neither take 1/2 that long. The nuggets were soaking wet and shiny from oil and the mozzarella sticks were overcooked to the point the cheese boiled out and stuck them all together in their wrapper. Never again.
