Found this place by chance, and decided to leave a review because this BurgerKing hit 5 stars across the board. The guys here were super nice, very fast and although we dined inside, they were keeping up with a steady flow at the drive thru. The food was hot and fresh- (the lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion.) The fries were tasty with a bit of salt added. The restaurant was very clean- nothing out of place, even the bathroom seemed recently cleaned. It just an inviting atmosphere altogether.

Ordered a regular whopper with no pickle, and it came with no lettuce, no tomato, no onion. Very poor quality and even less attention paid to detail on request. Worst food and service ever.

Honestly, it was a joke. “Have it your way” at Burger King is definitely a joke. The food tasted old, the lettuce was brown and rotten, and the chicken seemed like it had been sitting for days. The guy at the window was extremely rude. I’d honestly rather have my $7 back.

The lady at the drive-through, was lessthan polite. As soon as I got to the order speaker, she immediately asked if anyone was behind me… ok, before I could complete my first sentence, she kept repeating “what else”.
Ordered a double cheeseburger & got a single, ordered onion rings, & got fries,(which were too salty to eat) ordered sweet tea, & got soda.
I won’t return.

Long story short, I had an issue with my order. I don’t know if the app got my order wrong or it was user error but I went inside and approached the store manager Raheema about my issue. Not only did she have my order remade fresh, she hopped in the back and made it. The food turned out great and she was very kind about the whole experience. Thank you Raheema.

Please note this review is purely from a door dashers perspective and not someone that is eating the food.
I arrived at this restaurant and said to the folks at the counter that I am doordashing and there to pick up.
They said the order was not ready yet. That was the last interaction I had with them over the next 15 minutes! Mind you there was no one else in the restaurant (It was around 9:15ish in the morning) but they certainly had time to make food and take it to some of their friends waiting out in the parking lot.
In total I waited over 15 minutes for the order to be ready and it wasn’t a large order at all.
I hate to think what this place is like when it’s busy!

By far the worst establishment I’ve experienced not only witnessing health code violations with the cashier using her fingers to play with the piece of gum in her mouth but also when receiving my order I was given a sprite with red coloration and when i questioned it the same said cashier gave me a dirty look and stated the coloration was due to other mixtures leaking through and acted as if it was acceptable. By far unacceptable behavior and a serious health risk with contamination and malfunctioning work applieces.

Got the $3 Whopper deal on Wednesday. Was alright. Not a hot burger even with customized toppings. (No ketchup, no mayo, add light mustard {they added a lot} and extra pickles.) Only one tomato. The pickles were all piled up in the middle of the sandwich.

Purchased 4 vanilla cups, 2 oreo shakes and a large fry. Asked for the total and the lady rudely told us to pull to the window. Trued to give us cones, we asked for cups. Get home and this is what we got! Horrible customer service and definitely a rip off.
