HUGE Waste of time and money.
Half the ingredients didn’t even get put on.
15 bucks for two half made sandwiches is ridiculous.
Also a month ago the chicken was thicker and juicer and now it’s like a Burger Kings take on a dang McChicken.
Here’s the pictures of my half made sorry sandwiches.
I’d rather go to cookout and get a whole meal for me and my pal for the same price. But then again Cookout employees stingy with sauce.
At this rate I’m gonna start my own restaurant.

I typically steer clear of Burger King due to consistently poor food and service. However, this particular location is a delightful exception. The staff here are always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh. Whenever I’m in the area, I make it a point to stop by for a quick and satisfying bite.

We personally NEVER go to Burger King anymore because there are just none left that are even worth being open.
However, my daughter and I found this one a couple years ago while traveling and the food was amazing, the service was great and it was very clean. Two years later and we are craving an original chicken sandwich, and while traveling again we stopped by again and ordered food and once again it was amazing! I want to give an extra shout-out to the amazing woman working the drive thru window. Her name was Ms. Pam and she was such a beautiful spirit!!! Even the young gentleman who came and brought our food was nothing but kind and had wonderful manners. Hands down the ONLY Burger King worth even trying!!

I had a great experience at this BK on US-321 in Winnsboro. The employees were very friendly and eagerly took my order. The young lady with the piercings was very enthusiastic and seemed to care about my day and about me as a customer. She asked me if I had enough napkins, if I needed anything else and sent me off with “lovely meeting you, have a great day” she was incredibly enthusiastic. Very nice crew! The double whopper was awesome. Fries fresh and hot.

If I were able to offer 0 stars I would. If I owned this establishment, I’d be searching for a more well lit path of management. I can’t rate the food because we didn’t get any. But as far as the other options, since 1 is the lowest possibility, that’s what the rating shall be.
I waited in line at the drive up for over 25 minutes. Once to the speaker, I was told to continue waiting. I’m sorry, but if you do not have the employees/staff you need in order to be a successful business, then it’s time to consider an alternative direction. This was beyond ridiculous and rarely do I leave a review. To the manager & owner, I witnessed at least but no less than 4 cars leave the drive through. As a business executive, consumers are profits and missed profits equal 0 revenue. Your profit margins and elasticity of demand are going to drastically fall below the belt if no change is found. Good luck with this.

They’re always out of something. Sometimes they have brewed tea and sometimes they haven’t. They’ll often say they’re out of items like onion rings. Just a really inconsistent place. Could be great if they just could provide more consistent staff. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. This seems to be a management issue

It’s no wonder Burger King is more like Burger Peasant. The food is absolutely the bottom of the fast food barrel. The Whopper is anything but. And it is now always soggy and pathetic and NEVER PREPARED THE SAME WAY TWICE. Always missing one condiment or another or the produce is not edible.
The fries are entirely too thick and never done, always undercooked.
I used to love a good old whopper but today was the final nail. The King is no more. I will never grace a BK again. Done.

Overall good experience. To eat at any restaurant you have to have the right expectations which most people don’t these days. You don’t go to BK expecting 5* service. This BK is better than most and definitely better than any McD I’ve been to in years. The chicken sandwiches were hot, the fries fresh, the drive through lady was very polite. Took a little longer than ideal but it’s hard to find good help these days, especially in restaurants. The whopper wasn’t hot but tasted good with fresh vegs. If the whopper was hot I’d say 5* but I docked a star, food should always be hot. I’d definitely go back.
