Customer service is terrible. I stopped through the drive through on 10/19/2025 around 2:00pm. When I pulled up to the menu board, I was told to wait a minute. I waited, and watched 2 cars pull into the adjacent menu board and placed there order and then drive around to pay. No one was addressing me, so I pulled up to the window with the employee. I explained to her that she just left me sitting there waiting to give my order. She then tells me I need to drive back around to place my order. At this time, there are 3-5 cars now in line. She dropped the ball and suggested I go back around. I asked her to get her manager. That never happened.

Drive thru service was as expected. The food was acceptable but the spicy patties were a bit on the bland/crunchy/overcooked side. Would visit again but the general quality of the BK is what you would expect at most any Burger King. If you like BK, you’ll like it here.

This is one of the better Burger Kings. The food was good and the service was good. The only issue that I experienced was the drive though speaker was causing a problem for the staff. They had trouble hearing the order.

Come through bought a sandwich. It was disgusting greasy tried to get a refund. Will not let you have a refund back. Do not eat here. They are lazy and do not cook your food, right and very rude tell them I want a corporate number what they can tell me they are individually owned, and it’ll just come right back to them anyways Awful service

Only gave one star because I had to. I will never again go to this place. Not only is the outside nasty the people that work there has nasty attitudes. They wanted me to pull up but when I tried to I hit the curb. I had to back up and try to get straight again. When I tried to tell her I couldn’t because of the cement curbing and I couldn’t get by the car in front of me. She said oh please your in a truck I told her I am not tearing up the tires on my vehicle. She said but I bet you will drive it anywhere else then go ask her to move up so you can get by. I am not going to ask anybody to move. Now a days people will shoot you for stuff like that. She shut the window back and all of the workers inside talking about me. I told her I can hear what you’re saying about me. I then asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I told her if she is a manager she has a real nasty attitude towards customers. So she goes to get the woman ahead of me to move up and I pull up she stand there pointing and saying the first parking place right there. I asked why she was being so rude to me. She turned around to someone that came out the door with her she called D and said D was I being rude. That wasn’t for D to say because she was being rude to me. Then the food was horrible cold fried no salt and sour tea. I didn’t eat that burger someone might have done something to it because everyone that was working in there was breaking their neck to look out the window. Disgusting customer service from someone that said she was the manager. Now the tire on the vehicle is showing something wrong with it on the dash. I have to pay to have it fixed all this because of the woman working the drive through.

Dont go to this location. They had no coke nor sweet tea and the place was nasty. The bathroom had feces smeared all over the toilet and when I told the young lady working about it she said I’m not cleaning that up. The food was just thrown together and room temperature.

My husband and I JUST went through here.
He got a bacon king and added onion rings and pickles. His burger had NO cheese NO pickles and NO onion rings.
My whopper had no cheese and was DROWNED in Mayo, I don’t mind mayo but it was just DRENCH in it.
We probably won’t be back after this cause this is ridiculous. Not to mention it costs EXTRA for onion rings he didnt get on his burger. I hope management hires new people who are capable of reading.
