Two days in a row they can’t seem to get the order right. Both times I asked for a TX Whopper without cheese or jalapenos. 1st time they didn’t remove either, this time they removed jalapenos but left the cheese. The ticket show that it is rung up right and placed on the burger but obviously they don’t have quality checks and thus each time the burger has not been “Made my way” as their moto once said. The food has been fresh and edible lucky it isn’t an intolerance to dairy so I am able to eat the meal at least.

It’s not often that I get excited about fast food. I tried the brisket whopper combo and everything was delicious! The fries were hot, just the way I like, the whopper was fantastic and the frozen blue raspberry cotton candy drink was delightful! Service was friendly and prompt.

My most recent visit was disappointing to say the least. The Whopper was close to cold. This was normal for this restaurant for a long time but not recently. I’m surprised they returned to old habits. I was sorry to see this. This location had really improved in the last year or so. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

This team is not so good with special requests. “Have it your way” seems to be more of a “only if we feel like it” approach. It is disappointing to get food home only to find out it was not prepared as agreed.

I’m really frustrated with this Burger King. For the third time in the past two months I’ve come here, and every single time the dining room has been closed. Only the drive-thru is open, which is really disappointing. I don’t always want to eat in my car. The food itself is great, no complaints there — but it’s very frustrating not being able to actually go inside

Out of all the burger kings around me.. This is the one I go to the most. The normal employees have always been super sweet to me, and i’ve not had any issues until today, lol.. For one, it was a new person.. Or at least one I have not seen before (thinking it was a manager from a sister store?!) But all I ordered were 2 rodeo cheeseburgers and a side of cheesy tots with extra barbecue sauce.. What I got were two double cheeseburgers with Nasty pickles and (for the first time in 5 years) Got charged for one side of barbecue sauce?! It’s fine if you charge for sauce but don’t start now if u never had before.. haha!! And I probably would have gotten over that if my order was correct:( But the guy never gave me my receipt.. So I can’t even get my food fixed Just if yall go here, make sure you ask for a receipt, lol!

So says online and on their posted hours that they are open until 11. We arrived in drive thru around 9:45 pm and never got an answer at the speaker. Pulled around to the drive thru window and was completely ignored. Watched employees legitimately run to the back and away to not have to help us. Nothing is posted on the window or anything stating they was closing early or anything. I’ve sat here for over 15 mins and still nothing. Can’t even walk to the window and give me a poor excuse as to why they closed over an hour early.
