I pilled in and placed order, whopper with ch. let tom pickles and lite may. He read it back saying let tom pickles and I added lite lite lite may. There was absolutely no one in line but me. Drove to window waited a couple of minutes. For sandwich. I always check my sandwich before leaving window, because one time they put rotten lettuce on it. I opened it and no lettuce. Still no one there but me. They were preparing one order in store. Parking lot mostly empty. I waved the lady back to window , informing they forgot the lettuce. Hoping they would add lettuce and hand back to me. But then guy taking order remarked , I read it back to you pickles tom and lite may. I said no you read back let tom pickles and I said lite may. Trying to act like my fault not his. But I remained calm. Even though he tried to make a liar out of me. I have been ordering the sandwich same way for 40 yrs. By this time another car was pulling behind me. They had prepared me another sandwich. I opened it up to see if correct. Nope it was loaded with may. Had onions on it and no pickles. I called him over again, Now 9 min. Have passed and 4 employees cannot get one order right. I asked for my money back and left. Wasn’t waiting on a 3rd sandwich to be prepared. How hard could it possibly be to make a sandwich with let tom pickles and lite may. Well evidently too hard for Workers at this Burger King. I was beginning to wonder if maybe sandwich maker could not read English.

We was in and out of the drive thru in a reasonable time, most of the time I have to wait 30 min if one car is in front of me, last night we had probably 6 cars in front of us and was out in under 30 minutes

Today I ordered off the value menu. It is a good value. I also got some cinnamon rolls yummy. Staff was friendly the order came out quickly fresh and hot. Can’t really ask more from a fast food restaurant.

Update, went today and got a burger, it was fresh and good, i will be going back!
Went for lunch about 2:30, the burger tasted like it had been sitting a for an hour, the bun was a little hard, the toppings on the burger was fresh. I know the staff would have fixed the problem if I had asked, but I was in a rush and didn’t have any more time to wait.
I know everyone has an off day, so I will be back at 12pm one day to see if it’s better.

This Burger King is just as good if not better than the Burger King near the college which has been there for many more years they always get my order right I do not have any issues with this store they are very clean inside and out and the workers are very nice I do not have a bad thing to say about this place!
