This is the Burger King I am unfortunately closest to now, and my family and I usually really enjoy BK. However, this particular store cannot to save their own lives get an order correct. Maybe 1/5 times you’ll get all you pay for. I’ve had to go back 3 times for things and 2 times i just said forget it. Most recently 10 minutes ago when they left out $8 of food i ordered. I ordered my drink with no ice she put ice in it which is not even a moderately sized deal much less a big one I politely asked her if she could just dump it out and top it off she dumped out 1/3rd of my drink and handed it back to me. I mean it’s embarrassing. This isn’t a one or two time thing its everytime I go. I wouldn’t have gone back if my family didn’t dang want it and I was too dang lazy to drive farther it’s my fault at this point I know better. They’re incapable. And to top it all off it’s primarily staffed with 50 year old women who have to hate their lives and be absolutely miserable to walk around acting the way they do. I have worked in the food industry my entire adult life and 2 years before that, and I understand not wanting to be at work, I know it doesn’t pay well, but I also know my customers are spending their hard earned money to eat where I work. I must do what I get paid to do.

I absolutely love the new look. No other place comes in comparison. This is my first time since right before the remodel, and I must say, it’s amazing and warm. Be back since bk is the only place I like. Especially the lady that helped us. Ms. Rebecca is a very sweet, helpful, and welcoming employee. She’s very helpful and is the first fast food employee I’ve encountered that’s this sweet in a long time. 2 way up!

I went by there after getting off work, ordered an original chicken sandwich, the sandwich was horrible, the lettuce was 2 different colors, the bread, rock hard, and the chicken was just a cold patty..Went back to return to it and I told them I would pay the difference to get the new steak house whopper, the sandwich was ok, nothing to go crazy about, but I really wanted my peppercorn sauce… The guy that works there was really nice and always respectful.. When you ask for something fresh that’s what you want

I don’t really care how busy any business gets, there’s no excuse for its workers to IGNORE customers. The roughly middle aged white lady at the front with glasses straight up ignored me today and others even witnessed it, but then goes to tell me that she didn’t ignore me. On top of that I watched her ignore a man before me! I would provide a name but no name tags and their names are NOT on top of receipts which I found unusual from working in retail/food before. There is no corp number to file a complaint and the store phone is busy. I’ll be a proud Karen today because that’s one thing you don’t do is ignore me and walk away lol. Trash service. I hope that lovely lying lady sees this too. <3 Do better.

I honestly don’t know why my parents told me this place was bad growing up. They’re wrong, this place is great! I especially love their bacon cheeseburgers! Compared to the ones at McDonald’s, they have more bacon on them and are much more reasonably-priced! The service here seemed to be faster as well; I didn’t have to park, they just handed it to me and I was on my way! If you’re looking for a good, fast burger at a fair price, it’s definitely worth driving the extra few feet from McDonald’s to Burger King!

The time I went the lights at menu was so bright had to use hand to shade eyes because of brightness couldn’t see to order about need sunglasses. Kinda ridiculous.
