Ordered on the app… tried to leave review on app, but accidentally sent it too soon and wouldn’t let me go back.
Ordered 2 of the promo Monster meals, and extra burger and a tea.
The lady at the window said “we are out of the cookie piece for the sundae is that okay”… so I said “that’s fine”.
What she didn’t say was they were also out of the purple fudge for them. And that they didn’t have the orange buns for the whoppers.
Why still offer the meal if you can’t make it?
Does it make a difference on the flavor? No, but that’s not why I ordered it.
My nephew had been begging for it, so I ordered it for him and me.. so when I got back with a standard Whopper and hot fudge sundae.. I looked like a liar.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had something like this happen, and it doesn’t matter when it’s me.. but when it’s someone who gets excited for that kind of stuff and you all advertise it, it’s available to order and then you don’t get it.. then it sucks.

I am actually going back and adding a new review. I have been going to the restaurant in Winterville for a while because it is close by. But it has improved significantly. The staff is wonderful. Especially the night staff. One employee Takira is absolutely amazing. Even in the late hours close to closing she is aways so positive. The food has improved significantly as well !

During the day, breakfast/early day crew is great. I went there last night for the first time at night and it was the longest time I’ve ever sat in a drive-thru. I ordered my food online 15 minutes before arriving. I was just gonna run inside but at 7:45 pm, they had the dining room doors locked. I was forced to go through drive-thru to pick up my food. There were already 5-6 people in front of me and I waited so long. Literally every car took 10 minutes to get pulled up. I even tried to cancel my order online and just get a refund because it was taking forever.
We got in drive-through about 748. I did not get my food until 830 almost and then when I did get it, I took one second to look in the bag and she immediately told me I needed to pull up in order to check my food. No ma’am, that doesn’t make any sense considering that if I did pull up to check my food, I can’t go inside if something is wrong or missing because you have the door locked !
Luckily everything was in the bag. I just told him my name at the speaker and pulled right up. It took less than 30 seconds. So I don’t understand the attitude about rushing me out of all the cars. My food was already ready to go. She just handed it to me and they forgot my sauce that i paid for. Just terrible all around.

Mrs. Lynn deserves a raise and all the praise. She is always sweet and has a smile. She is the reason I come all the way from across town. Burger King is on point with the new Steakhouse Whopper. The staff we’re very friendly and you could tell they took pride in putting out good food. Wish I could remember their names. Burger King, you need to give them a raise!!

The wait in the drive-thru was ridiculous, so we opted to venture inside the restaurant. No greeting at the counter from what appeared to be a manager, by the name of Monica. Simply received a “what would you like” question in a rushed tone. The restaurant was NOT busy at the time, despite the unusual wait time in the drive-thru, not to mention the ten minute wait at the counter. Our prepared food was incorrect regarding two details of our order, and the dining room area was filthy. We had to pass over seven tables to find one that was not soiled and/or littered with food underneath. Two employess behind the counter were heard using obscenities several times throughout out meal, which is unacceptable considering we had three children under the age of twelve present. I understand that this is Burger King and that an establishment such as this is ceratinly considered “low-standard” dining by most individuals, however our experience during this visit (which will also be our last) scored well below any minimum expectation one might have for even the most basic of level of cleanliness, order accuracy, and prompt, courteous service…

Unfortunately this location is the closest to my home. Service here is so slow. These two working in the picture is a huge part of the problem. Ordered ahead and still waited over 10 mins for a small order. I made this post out of boredom waiting for my order.
