This burger king is normally good for fresh, hot food but expect to wait ! Even if there is no one else there! They are always super slow! I watched them the other day my order was ready and sat there like 5 minutes before they finally grabbed it and gave it to me.. & that was one of the managers working.

I order my food at the drive thru which took 30 minutes to get the food and it was not that busy to take that long. Also people behind me were leaving for having to wait so long.I ordered a whopper Jr. which was a kids meal hamburger and was cold and you can tell it had been sitting there for a long time. I ordered onion rings ,which I didn’t get. I tryed to order chocolate milkshake and was told the machine was down at 7 pm. Also ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, which both were cold.
The only thing good and warm was the apple pies I did get those. For $21.00 i was not happy and will not be back. I do hope you help this burger king restaurant or you might not have one open on Glenn Bernie road.

I enjoy the different tastes of various types of food & the numerous delicious smells they produce,primarily when they are fleshly cooked. Burger King over the years, stays in positional competitive nature,fighting for the top,because of their high standards; for customer’s satisfaction. As you know,good eating ,must be balanced with proper exercise. called this burger king to ask if they were hiring and the lady who answered the phone had a very nasty attitude. i simply asked if they were hiring and she snapped at me saying ‘we’re busy, it’s lunchtime, if they want to interview you, they will call you.’ extremely unprofessional and rude. if this is how they treat people over the phone, i can only imagine how they treat their customers in person.

I went to Burger King drive thru today! Ivonna was absolutely the sweetest and was so respectful! I asked her to please give me another bag because I want to feed the homeless lady in her van with A big sign saying homeless. Ivonna, went in her pocket and said I have few dollars please give to her! What A wonderful young lady. I was so touched by this young lady. You’ve A sweet and amazing young lady working for you. Make sure you tell her how much she touched our hearts and also the homeless lady. You Rock! I will definitely go back to this Burger King due to her kindness!

Couldn’t just make my sandwich that was only $19 they can early make that money back in o e day so I didn’t get my food and this has happened to me twice i feel like the coworkers there dont care and didn’t feel like making my sandwich
