Good place for fast food, but I miss how this place was 2-3 years ago. More seats, bigger breakfasts, felt more like a restaurant than a fast food place. Still does good though in terms of what it has now.

I will not be ordering from Pembroke, NC no time soon. The Manger has a bad attitude. I ask could I order add a second chicken sandwich to my order. He got to yell out loud to the worker no and I mean no. I got my order and it was wrong. I went on the inside to get my order correct and he was was yelling. So I will not be back there soon.

Never been much for BK but this location does the burgers right. We go to this location once a month. My son loves the chicken sandwich. The fry’s are hot and perfect 9 out of 10 times.

Good service and the order of food came out hot and delicious to eat with employees that ar very polite and the atmosphere is calm and full of people eating and talking to each other. They have added new items to their menu recently and they taste wonderful.

Honestly, just go to the cookout. Every single time I order here, they give me the exact opposite of what I ordered. I ask for a whopper with no ketchup or onions? I get a cold whopper with ONLY ketchup and onions. This place is a waste of your money and your time, considering how slow and inaccurate they are. At least at the cookout you’ll get an actual burger.
