/8/10/25 Saturday 2am and they are closed when they are now open 24hrs. I’ve already paid in the app to arrive and it’s dark and no cars there at all. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back and wasting more time. I often come here late night but let me guess their “system was down” like it was a few days ago at this time- so I guess everyone wanted to go home or party/club.

Poor customer service-I don’t think anyone like working here. Service still slow waiting at the window to get your food 15+ minutes after you just waited behind other cars for 15+ minutes. managers at the drive thru window have attitude for no reason I’ve experienced afternoon and 3rd shift. I think I know who Antonio is mention in someone’s post was smart on the speaker and was rude at the window- why am I being asked for a order number when I’m picking up a bk app order and told you my name- the app even tells you just give them your name- he had an attitude because I told him I’ve never been asked that ever and would have to find it, then he says he can look it up by name. You don’t even use the order number as a for delivery person. Why the hassle.
Food is not good at all now (I took the 3 stars down to 1) – I don’t think I’ve had anything fresh here except the cheesy potato bites and it was late night. Today I don’t get a double burger (I ordered with no cheese), but I got a 1&1/2 , 1&3/4 burger. Where’s the other piece of you’re going to use a broken one. The presentation of the food rarely looks good- such as everything I ordered. the taste is cold and needs to be warmed when you get it home and doesn’t taste fresh. The royal chicken sandwich has an old, wet patty, and looked stepped on. My drink also had no ice for some reason and I used my own at home, I usually taste it before leaving but not going back for ice. The drink felt cold.
** I was sitting there at the window for >10min just to receive cold and visibly old sandwiches, room temp fries., & a drink with no ice!** Why was I waiting if they were not cooking my food. There was only 2 cars when I pulled up and one was pulling off from the I really only come because the rewards, mobile coupons in the app. It was sort lived ,I tried to give it a try again-but not worth it.

Line wrapped around building. 15min to get to speaker, 15 min waiting at speaker, 10min at window waiting, 10 min to leave the drive thru due to concrete on the other side since i was handed my food at the 1st window. They claim an angry customer was holding it up. It was not- 2 different cars were at the window an excessive amount of time. 50 minute wait for 3 little burgers.

I used the drive thru so no high marks for atmosphere. They are open after 11pm and service was friendly. Whopper hit the spot but the fries were room temp. Despite that, I’m grateful they were able to meet my need to feed.

This place is easily a 4 star store aside from the parking lot set up their food is usually fresh and their customer service is surprisingly refreshing given the amount of pressure from the competition in the area. Would love to give 5 stars.

Worst burger King in the city of fayetteville! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CUSTOMER RETENTION MINDSET AT ALL. Restaurant employees standing around talking having side conversations meanwhile line is wrapped around the building. The manger on duty was very pleasant and tried her best to correct and make amends but even after speaking with management the employee thought it would be funny or worth their “bk job” to hand me food laughing in my face because I brought it up with management. She wasn’t acting alone it was 2 of them very rude very distasteful and not a good reflection of a person who wants to work in a business that is all about personal service. Very disappointing I will be going to speak with higher management tomorrow then most likely I’ll never see their place again it was just that offensive.

When i pulled up to the drive through, I waited about 5 minutes before anyone. Ask me what I wanted to order. And they weren’t very clear on which window to pay app. So there was a long line waiting at the first window, instead of pulling straight up to the second window. Other than that, the food was amazing, but the size of the large thing, signature lemonade was disappointing

Placed a simple order of 2 Jalapeño bites. One staff was trying to be accommodating however the cook/ manager was sloww, rude and simply did not care about the long drive thru nor the customers in line. On order came up however she never dropped the second until after she had placed the first order on the warming table. The wait was over 25 minutes. I believe WORST Burger King in Fayetteville.
