I would like to personally apologize for being an absolute god awful inconvenience after I waited 40 minutes in line at the drive-through getting my order, leaving only to realize one of my items was missing. I had to turn all the way back around, At this point, I’m already an hour and 15 minutes into this food venture. I get there and explain that my eight piece chicken nugget was missing and they tell me to come to the window. I spend yet Another 10 minutes in the drive-through line when I get to the window, I ask if he wants my receipt to verify the order he says no. My mistake. He Ask me if I need any dipping sauces for these chicken, I respond with yes I would like some barbecue sauce, please. I hear an audible sigh. At this point, I’m feeling absolutely awful. I have just ruined this man’s day. I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep at night with the guilt that I feel for having the audacity to ask for a dipping sauce. Now again I leave rushing to bring lunch to my husband, who is on guard and has already been waiting so long for me to get my life together. I drop off his food feeling like I have conquered a quest and I get home only to get a text that it was not in fact the eight piece chicken nugget that was requested two times by me, but an eight piece chicken fry. If only there had been a receipt with my original order on it, so there would be no misinterpretation in my words. Again, I am so sorry for coming to the establishment that serves food, during lunch hours, to order food from an establishment that serves food expecting food. I really don’t know what has gotten into me today. Please forgive me. It’s not you really it’s me.

The male employee working the counter (heavyset, glasses) was rude from the beginning, speaking under his breath and giving attitude. When my husband asked him to repeat what he said, the employee repeated it sarcastically instead of professionally.
Before handing us our food, the employee pointed directly at me, then at my food, and back at me — while my husband was facing away from him. The gesture was unnecessary, strange, and made me feel targeted and uncomfortable.
He completed the order, but the interaction left me feeling uneasy. This behavior is not acceptable customer service and needs to be addressed by management.
Mind you…. We were their only customers.

The black dude is awful at customer service. Rude, clear attitude whenever he takes my order I wish I never came. Please get rid of him and get someone who wants the job. That guy Sky…is really good but this dude needs to find something else to do

Drive thru is consistently slow and easily the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to. I have had to drive away to avoid being late to work. Waited over 20 minutes today and contemplated leaving again.

I know this place isn’t very good but today has got to be a new low. 30 minutes waiting in line for a biscuit and coffee. They somehow don’t have hot coffee in the morning. I say okay I’ll take an oj, oh we don’t have any of that either. At this point this location should just close and let another company take over. You’d think service would be better on post.

This is the slowest Burger King I have ever been to in my whole life. I do not recommend this place for families with kids! We have been waiting in the drive thru lane for over 30 mins.

This has got to be the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. I work out on the base, in the area, so I have eaten at this establishment a few times because it’s one of the few things available and it’s the same every time, employees are not in a hurry by no means and takes forever to get your food. They seem like they just don’t care.

I had some really great customer service today in the drive thru, Sky was so polite, fast and exuded positive energy. He made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Sky!!

When paying for my order in the drive thru the cashier kept my debit card for over 10 minutes. Sort of sketchy. I heard the beeping of the receipt being printed out and he then proceeded to tell me my card wasn’t working on his end. I informed him that I receive notifications on my phone when I make purchases with my debit card. I showed him my bank app, he took my phone and started clicking on the screen.
Very uncomfortable experience and the drinks were flat. I do not recommend this location

I asked for a Whopper jr. WITHOUT pickles and onions. The drive thru attendant confirmed, and my burger STILL had these toppings in it. Do better guys…
