Just left ordered a firey crispy add bacon and a Bacon and Swiss they gave me 2 a old sandwiches after having to wait in line forever for Fresh food. I’ve called 20 times no answer I want a refund immediately do not eat here they do not care about food or customers

I just left this location and I had one of the WORST customer service experience. FIRST , I placed my order, when I got to the first window NOBODY was there and the window was shut. I preceded to the next window. Once I got to the window, one of the employees decided to approach with an attitude and accused me of not listening to him telling me to return to the first window. He kept questioning me after I repeated to him I did not see or hear him speaking to me as I had my window up at the time and car radio on. He then proceeded to roll his eye and reach out for my card.
I spoke to the manager and she apologized and apparently went and addressed him.
SECOND. They messed up my order TWICE. And once I received the order the fish sandwich was cold. THEY DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME EVER GOING AGAIN AND I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HAVE 3 STARS ON HERE. I LOOK FORWARD TO THEM CLOSING DOWN SOON.

I have never left a 5 review for a Burger King before but this one was on point. Our cashier was quick and friendly. Our food was cooked fresh and came out hot, fries crispy. My husband and I both agreed this was the best service experience we had received in a fast food chain in quite a while. The place was clean, very child friendly also.

Staff was Incredibly Pleasant and helpful! They were patient, they did not rush me, they politely explained my options and availability. When I pulled up to pay, the lovely lady engaged in extra conversation that definitely brightened my day. Then she told me my order was ready and I could proceed. The next beautiful lady gave me hot food and blessed my day!

Clean and modern interior. Fast and fresh food. I haven’t been to BK since COVID. Food is still the same good quality and the fries are just ok. Fries are still not what they used to be. Employees are nice. Overall, it’s a good quick stop for decent food.
