Every single time I order its wrong. Im really starting to think its just the night crew. Im allergic to mayo and its always put on the sandwich. Now if I eat it after letting whomever know im allergic and asking for it not to be on my sandwich and then I file a lawsuit then I will be wrong. Not sure who the GM is but your second/third shift definitely dont care. They stay outside smoking and talking. Rushing orders and getting them wrong. They should do better.

The doors were closed at 7:00 so we had to ride our bicycles to the drive-thru. Only to find out food was missing out of a bag for that amount of money we pay you to check our orders and make sure it’s right. Especially in the freezing cold

Someone rear ended me in the drive-thru line and the whole staff was very helpful, supportive, and kind. They even comped my ice cream 🙂 10/10

I used the app to order a whopper meal. There was no one else in the drive thru line when I arrived so I only had to wait a couple minutes to get my food. The fries were hot when they handed me my food.
After the drive home, my food was barely warm. It was ok. Not the best whopper I’ve ever had, but not the worst. I ordered light mayonnaise but it was still a pretty messy burger.

I ordered on the mobile app and the drive thru line was long so i went inside. Stood there for several moments without being acknowledged. When i finally asked someone to acknowledge me he told me that he can’t help they are busy and walked off.

Came through the drive thru, I was there for the whopper and chicken sandwich BOGO. You have to use the app and have to give a code. Ok did that, drive thru employee was rude. Basically threw my card and receipt at me and told me to pull up. Got my food out was all there, checked my receipt and was charged for 2 chicken sandwiches. Food was not great. and overcharged. I stopped by Burger King to try the impossible whopper because of course I’m vegetarian. The lady who served us was sweet so no problems there. An older woman but we never received a receipt so I can’t place her name on it, but I’d remember her face if I seen it. It was a little late maybe 11:30 ish somewhere in there. Anyways, when we got the food we checked the bag just to make sure everything was there. We hadn’t ate until we had gotten home. The meat was PINK! Turns both our stomachs! I was very disturbed and upset because I was hungry to begin with and spent almost $30. We already don’t eat meat and for a plant based burger to look raw after biting into it just ruined my whole night! I’m sorry but I will never eat here again! We both threw our food away!

The Impossible Burger was good, but after a long wait, they forgot the cheese (yes, I’m no vegan). When I asked them to fix it, the lady asked if I wanted her to give me a couple of slices of cheese. I said I wanted the cheese melting on a hot burger, like it’s supposed to be. She handed it to another lady who got a couple of cold slices and added them to my now-cold burger. Bad service. Not happy.
