Just arrived here with my fiance we were intrigued as we drove by and smelled the chargrilled smoke as we drove by As we walked in it had a whole different Aroma and definitely did not smell like Burger King. So we just turned around decided to go somewhere else.

This was the best from a burger we have had in forever! All the food was hot and fresh. Well, hot enough to eat haha Don’t want it scolding lol even the jalapeño poppers where divine!! I could eat those without melting my throat. The pies were defrosted to the point of enjoyment. Even the sweet tea was great and made to my liking. Which doesn’t happen at all places I visit. To put it bluntly, I didn’t hardly touch my drink at all because I was enjoying my food way too much. Usually I’m drinking my drink constantly. I’ve never been to this Burger King before, but I think in my travels, when I’m hungry, this will most definitely be my pit stop must. Matt was very nice as well. He was always smiling and very helpful. Did a great job upselling. I’ll most definitely be back.

Lunch time thru drive thru was ridiculous over 15mins from the speaker to the window only taking one car at a time and looked to have plenty of employees. No smiles no nothing this store seems to be getting worse won’t be back ever.

What a change since last time we ate here 6 months ago. This time, they had no record of our mobile order, but eventually found it. The fries were not cooked through and some of them were raw-like in the middle, and cold. The cheese on the “Whopper” was so small and thin you really don’t know there is cheese on the thing; plus they have made the actual “Whopper” meat patty much smaller and thinner. The bun is like an inch or more wider than the burger now, so you can actually take a bite and get just roll and no meat. How they can call this sandwich a Whopper is a joke now. Where’s the beef???!!! Also, the burger itself was cold. The drink machine had no ice in it, and the place was empty. We were the only people eating inside. They had rap music loudly playing inside the restaurant to the point of distraction and making you want to leave. No one working there looked happy, and we really felt the place was going out of business. Lights were turned down real low, and the outside lights were dark too. It was only 7 PM at night, yet seemed like they were closed at 2 AM. What a shame. Another American icon just fading away. The food was cold, not tasty, small meat patties, and unhappy employees. All the ingredients for obsolescence and decline.

Their food is always good. The service is fast and own time. Their store does a very high volume during lunch And dinner time so always be mindful of that but their process flow Is still efficient.

I must say Burger King and the staff that closed Friday night really made our day! We got there right before 11 (10:59) and a staff member who I think was working with one other person took our order with a cheerful attitude and we were relieved that they took our order! I would like to give a special shout-out to Karen all our food was correctly made and fresh! The condiments were also all in the bag! Thanks Karen you rock!!! The Burger King also had a 100 percent sanitation rating!

Usually good, the food today was off. Ordered combo 1 for breakfast (Sausage, Egg & Cheese croissant) – it didn’t taste that good for some odd reason. The French Toast sticks were the best thing out of my order.
