Double whopper came with a 5 foot hair in it. I asked for a refund, got refused and forced me into getting another burger. Not happy at all tbh, I hope the health department and customers see this because we shouldn’t have to pull a 3 feet length of hair out of our food, for it to snap into a hairball on a bun. Nasty. 6+ years in food service, get a hair net. I’m giving them 3 stars because the remainder of the order was at hot, yummy, correct, and non-fibrous.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have worked in the restaurant industry my entire life. So, I get it. The situation is, my friend and I had just got off work and tried to hurry and get there. We were in line by 9:37 pm. There were already 5 other cars in total in both lanes. Y’all let us just sit there. Took maybe 2 people’s orders. When it was finally our turn, we pulled up to the menu. The lady asked us to hold on a second. So we waited, some more. The worker even clarified again, “just another minute” Next thing we know the menu boards shut off!!!! Just straight like that. They didn’t even have the decency to say maybe “hey I apologize but we’re no longer taking orders” We seriously sat in line for almost 30 minutes. Just to have the menu shut off on us. So us and the other 5 or 6 cars are hot. One guy waiting in line was there for a pick up order. He was already there when my and my friend came. Totally unprofessional. I work in a restaurant right now and if you are already in line waiting- For 20 minutes now, your order should be taken. I understand there is a cut off point, but dang. That was just extremely rude. Unprofessional.

Got dinner last night from here and it was horrible, it took forever to get it in line and the workers hated their jobs obviously. Our drinks tasted like they were greasy somehow and then this morning my boyfriend and I wake up with food poisoning when they’re the only place we have ate at in the last few days. Will never go again and if you don’t want to get sick I would recommend going anywhere else.

Usually it’s a pretty smooth trip and usually fast well last week was terrible so after placing 4 orders they have us wait about 15 mins then inform us the grill is no longer working…. Now what wait blew my mind. But there were two young men at the register who kept us pretty entertained while we waited if it wasn’t for their amazing customer service I would of went off they had some of the most pleasant attitudes with all the bs going on good job fellas

Food most of the time is OK. But this is BY FAR the SLOWEST “fast food” place in Wilson. Disorganized and slothish. Always have to ask for hot fries, they just die at the window. Wished I like McDonald’s like my kid, just across the street a company known for bad service operates like a machine. Get her breakfast some school days, spend approx 3 min in drive thru. This place? Bruh….10+ every time. IF the order is correct. Obviousmanagement issue, esp when you see the show inside, it’s bad. This isn’t 1 visit, the past 10. Real poo show at this location
