Poor service. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. Stood at counter few minutes before they even took my order. And I was only customer on inside. Also, ordered 8 piece vampire nuggets. They were kind of hard like they had reheated them. Also, only 7 in box… Their ice cream machine was “down”. Their drink machine needed to be clean… It had very little ice… Dr. Pepper tasted weird. Ordered whopper- no lettuce. They got that part right but I’m attaching a picture so it can be seen. Sloppy.. too much mayo and way too many onion and hardly anything else.. I personally give zero stats if could.. Terrible.. Will not be coming back.. Am attaching 2 photos.

Placed a mobile order before I got there, sat in the drive through for several minutes without any sign of the line moving before deciding to just go in to the counter to pick up my one burger order… the guy at the front counter was nice and went to check for my order..it was still in progress even though the rest of the staff were standing around talking in the kitchen… stood and waited another 10 min to for my burger to come out after other orders… I have never seen kitchen staff move so slow and lethargic… the gentleman at the fron was quick to get my burger to me and apologized for the wait as my burger was 13 minutes later than the time estimated by the app… as I was leaving the same car that was waiting to place an order when I got there was just getting to the window… other cars had left… the guy at the counter was trying but everyone else looked as if they were trying to see how slow they could possibly go… I worked at restaurants and have never seen anything this pitiful.. I will be sure not to try this location again for quite some time.. I feel sorry for the one person trying to do their job when nobody else on the team seems to care or want to do theirs.. I was trying to get somewhere and had opted for “fast food” but could have been seated and served at a sit down place with better food for the same money…

Absolute worst experience ever. Ordered 2 Whopper Jr’s with cheese. No lettuce. Waited 22 min. They hand me 2 completely cold and stale Whopper Jrs. I go back them reorder a fresh order. Wait for 20 min to hear the lady tell the other lady.”I need those order remade!” I then ask for my money back, they remade them anyway and handed me back 2 COLD STALE whopper jrs. This place needs to closed down!

Not sure who was cooking last night but that food wasn’t cooked through! My boyfriend and I got sick off that food last night and we’re still sick this morning! They forgot the fries and the drinks tasted like they don’t clean out their filter.

Cold fries, stale bread for whopper and coke tasted off. I got my order to go and didnt check my food before I left. Was too far away to turn around for $12 meal. Also drink machine was dirty.

Went in for a sandwich and Cup of Ice. The Cashier wanted to charge me $2.49 for the Cup of Ice. I looked at the screen and it said “Small Sprite”, I told her that wasn’t a cup of Ice, she replied that’s what we have to Charge Now For Ice. I told her to take it off NO Thank You! Meanwhile the Manager comes up front she explains herself and the Manager makes it right with a small cup and lid/ straw. ThankFully she felt the sincerity but No Thanks BK, $2.49 you won’t get it here for Ice. BUYER BEWARE! ( She took off her name tag so I wouldn’t identify her, smart thinking…..)

Food was very good. Prepared just as I had ordered. Very clean and love the remodel. Great value meal prices compared to other fast food restaurants. Convenient to Hospital. Prices like everywhere else have gone up.
