Food was amazingly good I was feeling not good in the start of my morning I ordered the fish with curly fries and it was delicious! Ordered a drink and potato cakes ( i get all the time) they didnt respond when i said have a good night then when i look in my bag i find this they are so hard extremely darker than normal and smell like they have lived in the frier. Wasnt really any service and my food was gross

The staff all seem mad that they’re there and basically ignore you. Foods always cold and half the time it’s not right. Guy calls everyone boss man too and it feels super patronizing. Don’t hand me a bag of cold stuff missing items after a half an hour and say sorry for the wait boss man. We won’t be back to this Arby’s for a while.

the little hispanic girl with big eyelashes at the counter was extremely rude and didn’t seem to want to do her job. i asked for just mayo on my sandwich, but it came with everything else on it. so i went up to have it fixed and she kept cutting her eyes at me. i wouldn’t have needed it fixed if it was correct in the first place. then as they’re finishing the sandwich some lady in the back goes “here’s that lady’s special sandwich”. then they absolutely soaked it in mayo. like if you got that big of an attitude about your job, work somewhere else.

The chicken was border line cooked. The fries were good. The eight mozzellas sticks we ordered didn’t have cheese in them. So… just sticks? We had to cook the chicken more when we got home. For $25 altogether, price was ok. Would have preferred mozzerella sticks though :(. The staff didn’t seem thrilled to be there tonight.

They are definitely dropping the ball at this location. There are too many options near the Centre at Salisbury to get fast food that are better than what my sister and I received. We got the Brisket sandwich, which we’ve had before, that had one onion string on each sandwich, was super flat (hardly any meat on it)1 and was cold. The fries were old, burnt, and cold. It was not good or even mediocre. It was ridiculous that they served something like this for the prices they charge, $10 for a meal. I am not sure who’s running that place, but they need to close for a day, retrain everyone, clean the place, and put someone in who isn’t going to skimp on product. We will be going to a different location until they get it together, which I’m sure will be a very long time.
