They weren’t real busy at this time of day everything was nice and fresh I chose the impossible Burger meal. Everything was good I got extremely good hot fries. And a large Coke it was wonderful. Great service it appears to be one of the newer ones in Wake Forest in that area. Restrooms were clean staff was courteous. Very pleased with my first visit here.

I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service here was great. Clean dining room, fast delivery of food, and I really liked that everyone worked together as a team and were genuinely nice people – no unnecessary drama heard between staff in the back which is unlike my experience at other BK’s in Raleigh. Will be back!

Woman in drive thru had a very rude attitude. This is also clearly not fast food if it take around 10 minutes to give me my food. The woman in the drive thru was going over my order because she might’ve thought I missaid something. Then, when I said yes she said “I Just said that.” With an attitude.

Absolute trash. The website says open til 11PM. We came to the drive thru at 9:45PM. There were multiple cars in the drive thru and we could all see the people working looking at us and making faces and laughing but no one would answer the drive thru microphone. Horrible horrible service and a poor excuse of people. Customer service is non existent.

Absolutely gross!! Dirty ! floors sticky , no one in there, yet hard to find a clean table . Went to the bathroom to find fecal matter on the floor . While workers hung out side smoking . No one cared . Service very slow ! Never seen a worst buissness in my life .
