Worst Burger King I’ve had the misfortune of experiencing. Took over 30 minutes to get my food after I arrived ordering it 20 minutes prior to my arrival. So almost an hour, for cold food, listening to attitudes in the back. Watched an employee set a doordash order bag on the ground then pick it back up to send out. No gloves, touching hair, faces, coughing, rubbing noses, touching fries after, hanging out and not getting any orders when the lobby packed up…this place is a must avoid.

Nothing’s changed since before they remodeled. My fault I accidentally ordered drive-thru again but when there’s a customer standing at the register just waiting for someone to ask what’s up for 10 minutes and nobody comes to help you go to the pickup window and wait some more. Get the expo lady’s attention and tell her you accidentally placed online your order number is 931 she says “oh okay” and goes back to work.
The same order I saw sitting in the drive-thru when I walked in is the order that was handed to me when I was lucky enough to have the drive-thru lady walk up to the register and ask how she can help (somebody else.)
Order was ready when I walked in and nobody bothered to help me. 20 minutes. The same as before they remodeled to their store.

Stopped at the Burger King in Lillington NC since having to use the bathroom we figured we just order inside. We went to their screen to put our order in and this seemed pretty easy. I get up to the register to pay and am told to wait for them to call my name I literally stood their for 20 minutes to get my order. So we at this point decide to eat in our car. I was upset to find out food was cold and the chicken nuggets I ordered were way over cooked the onion rings were the size of a silver dollar. They were out of bbq sauce so I got ranch instead and it was hot . I took pictures of the onion rings but didn’t get one of the nuggets. To show the size of the onion rings. I do not recommend this restaurant and since it’s hit or miss at Burger King I will not ever eat at one again.

This restaurant is terrible. The staff is horrible. There are 2 Black girls that work there as of 11/1 and when I tell you they have THEE worst attitude ever. This isn’t racism, im black as well, and it is so sad to see the lack of customer service after someone poured all of this money into the renovation. Management needs to do better. I already do not like fast food, and when we have to stop to feed our child on the way somewhere and this is the experience we get. Lillington BK needs to do better.

It really is sad. Customer Service training is definitely needed.

Weekend shift not cutting it. Ate here for lunch 3 days in a row between 12-1pm and experienced the following:
Thur 11/20 amazing.
Friday 11/21 amazing.
Sat 11/22 garbage.
For about the same price Sports Zone makes a legit restaurant burger.

I have given this location 2 tries since moving to the area about 2 months ago.

The first experience I ordered online and came to pickup in the driveway. When I arrived they told us to pull to the window and gave us drinks and then asked us to pull up to the door and wait for the food. After 15 minutes and no one coming out I pulled back around through the drive through and they handed me our food. When I got home I found that all four kids meals were wrong. (3 with a toy instead of cookie and the last without the cookie or toy!) Also, none of the 4 adult meals had French fries. No ketchup or condiments at all even though requested. All food was cold but I figured the drive added to that. I was frustrated and did a survey but wasn’t driving the 8 miles to return.

Then me and my kids decided to try again with an inside visit. This time we went in and ordered on the kiosk. Then sat at a table to wait for the food. I saw the ice cream and soda cups be put up first and thought it was strange they never called our name. 22 minutes later our food was added and name called. I took the bags to the table and looked in them and noticed the French fries were missing from the kids meals and they had the toys which we had replaced with ice cream. So I went to the window and asked and the manager gave me attitude and then she took the toys and replaced them with fries. Food was all cold which was off putting because we ate it as soon as it was received but I told the kids just to eat it anyways without complaining. I thought that was the end of it but the manager walked by our table twice giving me and the kids rude looks. My oldest son noticed and then pointed out another employee pointing at us while she was talking. As we sat there, 3 other people came in saying their order was wrong (two from drive through and one inside). Also a guy came in asking to order with an employee at the counter and was extremely rudely told by the manager they only use the counter to take cash payments and all orders must be on the kiosk. He left. We finished and left but even my kids do not want to return to this location so we will be returning to Burger King just NEVER this one!

Honest Review!
I really tried to give this place another try. The enployees there are young and nice. Unfortunately the manager Donetta lacks a smile and customer service. Ive witnessed her demand rudely for employees to follow directions. They seem very uneasy about asking her for help. The last straw was today. I ordered fries. They came covered in salt. Unable to eat salt. So I paid for another one no salt and they barely filled my container. Unacceptable. We will not return and will be contacting the corporation. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Every time I order food-it’s never fresh. Half of it taste like cardboard and been sitting for hours on end. Lazy workers in back obviously if they can’t make fresh sandwiches, burgers, fries, etc fresh every few hours.
