I was tempted to give a two-star rating after waiting 15 minutes parked in the drive through- I saw at least three cars leave the line due to the slow service; however when I recieved my order the modifications I had made where accurate, and they hooked me up with a water cup without hesitation. I could tell my food had been waiting a while because the onion rings in my steakhouse whopper were soggy, but the temperature of the food was still acceptable. I wonder if the wait was due to an unruly customer or if they’re short-staffed.

This place is not good. Wait time in drive thru is awful. Waited to pull up enough to talk in mic, but still heard a lady trying to take my order. When I get there, nothing for 5 to 10 minutes. Line one was sure moving. Just pulled away. Garbage!!

This is the worst BK I’ve ever seen. Poor customer service and horrendous wait times. I have been open-minded and gave them the benefit of the doubt more times than I should have. Today was my last visit. I worked at a fast food restaurant for three years and know this place is severely mismanaged and inadequately staffed. No wonder they can never outperform McDonald’s. Pitiful.

My daughter had the Shroom n’ Swiss Melt with their new cheesy tots (pictured). They don’t have the Rodeo King anymore so I just had the traditional rodeo burgers and fries.
Atmosphere rating explanation: While this location is clean it is freezing in the dining area. I understand that it’s fast food so they probably keep it cold to keep people from staying for long periods of time but I like to eat in comfort. I shouldn’t have to take my food to go or rush to eat because of the temperature inside. I notified management and they weren’t too helpful. They stated that they have no control over the temperature. ♀️

It makes me feel so sad that there only a few they take me at work serious. I ordered the Burger King bacon meal got my food. Wrong size didn’t have no bacon on the burger. Food was cold. Waited half an hour. I was really upset. I look forward to this meal. I’m a big fan of Burger King and it saddens me to see if they turned that this Burger King has taken. Hopefully they can get their stuff together because I don’t wanna see another Burger King shut down.

This is by far one of the worst BKs i’ve ever went to, the wait time is terrible the staff are just standing around looking confused, they gave me a busted open ranch and the fries weren’t even full. They need better management!

The folks at this location are always friendly, even the sweet guy at the drive-thru windows that barely talks . We always use the app to order ahead and our food is right and hot every time, unlike other locations that we used to visit.

I’m always waiting 10 minutes or better at this location and today no one took my order. I had to pull around to the window to take my order then the little boy Rainbow headed boy in the window gave me nothing but attitude, not knowing that I’m not the one these people need to be very careful

Waited in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes when there were only a handful of cars in front of us. Got to the window and the three employees seemed very disorganized and not at all interested in hurrying despite a long drive thru line behind us. Couldn’t find our order for a long time.
