I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich meal, asked them to MAKE IT FRESH but they give me a chicken sandwich that tasted horrible. Like it had just been heated up instead. The lettuce wasn’t fresh either, it was all brown. Won’t be coming to this location again because their food tastes horrible & the women who work there always have an attitude as well!

Just got take-out, so I don’t really know about the atmosphere. Everything else was pretty typical for Burger King. It’s great that they have Impossible Burgers since my son can’t eat meat.

Don’t bother calling in if your order is messed up in any way twice now they have made me believe that they were gonna fix it and both times the manager that took my complaint had openly lied they had nothing waiting and did not replace the food they left out.. do better..

This has been the worst burger King I’ve ever been to for 15 years and today did not disappoint. 4 o’clock, the place is empty and I guess the employees were out back getting high. Literally had to wait for a cook to eventually show up and start making the food. 15 minutes for 2 whopper Jr and 2 fries. Borderline stale buns. Borderline warm food. Borderline clean restaurant. Only went for a coupon deal. And trust me, it’s not worth it.

I arrived during lunch time and there’s about six cars in the line, so I decided to go inside and order. The girl at the counter seemed to be very busy processing other orders and didn’t even take my order for the first 3 minutes, even though I was the only person in line. The menu board was stuck on items 8 through whatever so I couldn’t tell what the first seven combo things were. I only ordered a Whopper Jr and it was definitely overcooked, both of them. Should have got the regular Whopper. The restrooms are clean and the employees seem to be covid compliant.

On two visits, burger was overcooked and edges so hard and black (burned) couldn’t be eaten. Also the burgers were sloppily made with ingredients not evenly distributed on burger. Onion rings were not hot or crispy.

They failed to include the cheese on my order, so I had to take it back and get cheese added. The lady making the food has gloves on but her long finger nails are poking out the ends which is probably a health violation.The drink machine is out of ice and soda, which they admitted to knowing but had no desire to fix it or even tell the customers it was out, they just handed them their cups and sent them on their way. I would definitely go to another fast food place just down the street.

If I had given my review of this location a month ago, it would have been much better! But I stopped in at this location again more recently, on a Friday afternoon. No other customers were inside. They may have had 2 or 3 cars at the drive thru. We were barely greeted. I think there was 1 or 2 cooks, & 2 people working the drive thru. One person said they would be with us soon.. About 2 minutes later, a different person told us the same thing. After another 2 minutes, we walked out! Ridiculous! They need more help or SOMETHING!!
