I have never before seen a burger so incredibly small and unfulfilling. Pictures attached for a reference to the portion size. I’ve worked in food service and would never have even bagged that up for fear that someone would scream at me. Going to contact support for a refund

Never again! Don’t go here unless you want food poisoning, we decided to go thinking maybe the food would be better after they remodeled but it was the same awful food just like before. They parked us which would make you think the food would be fresh..wrong!!! It was cold, hard the fries cheese bites were burnt to a crisp and you couldn’t even chew them. Right after that I got sick, I’m never going back. Awful food Awful service

I was Walking to my car after eating here and one of the workers was out front smoking a cigarette, he says “this guy here had a screwed up order” I said I” guess Dude” and get in my car. He then starts running his mouth and as I was backing out and driving away he almost walks in front of my car saying “keep on boy”. I call back in and tell the manager and she laughs and says “ I know Who it is”. Wanted to share my experience! Dude with a cab driver hat and glasses shouldn’t be employed

Was there today July 24 12:15 food was good and hot one employee was rude and unfriendly talk to one of the outher employees to see if I could talk to the manager she said he was the manager after talking a little longer found out he just a 17 year old kid still in school though you had to be 18 or older to be a manager after looking it up on bfs company website says must be 18 years or older just to show you, there’s no room for a kid to be a manager

McDonald’s is better. Burger king burger patties get smaller and smaller 70% bun. Burgers are not hot but cold with no flavor. McDonald’s burgers are full of flavor and delicious and always a hot fast meal.This is why I prefer McDonalds. I Will not return to Burger King to waste money.

Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning!!!! The food was cold (probably reason for the food poisoning) the food is bad the staff is bad and their band new pop machine didn’t even work. New look, same bad food.
